We called, confirmed they had a few outdoor tables and it was first come / first serve - no reservations. When we got there, there was a table available. Lady says she is expecting someone in 10 mins, and cannot give us the table. No one was waiting! Also to further discourage us, she said food will take 40 mins anyway. She clearly did not want us there. We had our kids with us, only thing I can conclude is that they did not want the kids there.
Last week was our first time we came to that place. But It is surely not the last. We had great time with the efficient service, with the exceptional cooking and fine drinks and with the friendly cost. We will definitely visit there soon.
Fantastic Vietnamese food. The owners are really nice and friendly. Homely and clean. The food had me coming back for more. My kid absolutely loves their fried chicken wings. Me, I loved the pho, steak cubes and rice and pretty much everything on the menu.
I went to eat lunch, and everything tastes very good.
Light, healthy food, but difficult to call Vietnamese. Food here has definitely been toned-down for Los Altos clientele. A good option for seniors and those preferring less aggressive seasoning in their food.
An ok place for lunch but it is just average. Would love to see it improve its flavor profile. When we stopped by to have pho they did not have the mint.
Super cute small venue with good Vietnamese food! Portions are perfect, would've liked a bit more meat with my vermicelli though
I enjoyed everything about this place. The service, the food and the price. I had the stake sandwich and the beef vermicelli with hot sauce and a delicious plum sauce. Everything was prepared very well. You must check this place out!
Outstanding Service, delicious food with both indoor and outdoor seating. Dog friendly.
Very great and flavorful food.

great service good food nice location down town los altos portions a bit small
Really great food and very friendly staff and owners. Great vegetarian options, including a few that aren't on the menu (like Tofu bahn mi) their mushroom Bánh xèo (crepe) is one of the best I've had. Great mix of different mushrooms and crisped to perfection. They close on the early side some days so check the hours before you go. While there isnt much street parking there is a lot behind the business with plenty of spots.
Really flavorful pho for decent price
Tower Eiffel has been my favorite Vietnamese restaurant for many years. Friendly service and delicious food....the new staff/owner is much nicer. I will keep visiting them when my craving for their food kicks in.
Quiet neighborhood restaurant offering a range of traditional Vietnamese favorites. The clay pot fried rice is tomato based and quite interesting.
