We've eaten at Urfa many many times and this was the worst experience we've had. The serving of hummus as the hors d'oeuvre was totally too small and when we asked for extra hummus, he charged us ridiculous. The lamb was overcooked, and the soup that I had was not good. It was very disappointing and we will probably not return.

Valentines Day dinner on the enclosed back patio. The service was exceptional, especially for a very busy night. The ambiance was fine given that I reserved fairly late and got a table on the back patio instead of the main dining room. The patio is very nice in cold weather, warm enough and protected from the wind. It is also pretty quiet. The food was great as always. We were not rushed. Altogether a great experience on a night that can be a nightmare for restaurant owners and workers.

I love Urfa. The staff are so friendly and welcoming and the food is always fresh and delicious. I like to take my 80-year-old parents and the staff are always so attentive & helpful to them. It's a hidden gem in downtown Los Altos.

We Booked a table for the light parade and confirmed with them personally for it to be an outside table. We arrived and they did not have our outside reservations. They are disorganized.

We had a celebration of life gathering in the back room at Urfa for 16 people. It was incredible. The owner and staff were all so pleasant to work with. They had the room set up so nicely. The food was delicious!! Each person loved what they ordered. The service was above and beyond. I could not have asked for a better place to have our gathering. Thank you Urfa for a wonderful memorable party. We will be back

We sat outside and the staff were friendly. We tried the hot appetizer sampler. Everything was super tasty. I believe we order the mixed grill plate, but I cannot remember. It might have been the chicken shish. It was all good and fresh. The lamb was good. Somehow I forgot to take photos.... I guess I'll just have to visit again.
