No quality customer service. Bunch of little kids cooking with no manners. Terrible.

HEALTH HAZARD!!! 2 of my friends ordered the shrimp from here & have been sick since Sunday. A third one is sick as well. She actually ordered the steak & she was wondering why it tastes like shrimp. So, they cooked it in the same spot after the shrimp without cleaning. It’s Wednesday. They got FOOD POISONING!!! & just so we clear. That’s the only thing they ate on Sunday.

Sit-down restaurant prices for half the portions. Under seasoned, poor flavor. Lifeless service. Strong pass.

The food was mediocre

Ordered bogo and they only gave me 1 meal but charged me $75... tried to make a claim to my bank and ig I gotta chuck it up as a loss... 1 plate isn't worth $75. I surely got played but that's ok tricks on them in the end

Walk up and dude is watching stuff on his phone, clearly annoyed I’m here. Good start. 30 min for my steak bowl, It was just okay. Everything else was dripping in negativity.

I tried the steak and chicken plate. There is nothing special about them. They are like any food truck you can eat. And I waited 32 minutes for the steak and chicken. If you ask your grandma for the same dish she will probably make it faster.

Got food here late at night and paid less than sitting at a hibachi restaurant. I was even able to take it into the movie theater, so it’s a great evening for me and my son before dropping him off to college.

There are a lot of people in that car and what are these people really doing inside? I have no idea. There are 2 girls, these girls really shouldn't be working there. It's not clear what they do. The order is being prepared. They don't even call out after it's prepared. It's really a disgrace.

This place isn’t good at all. Didn’t taste like they cook with garlic butter. Lacked seasoning. The chicken was way over cooked and tasted cheap. Possibly frozen defrosted . And these side sauces made absolutely no sense. Creamy sauce on hibachi is gross. I didn’t even bother. Unfortunately 323 Hibachi I would recommend others not to eat your food. Step your game up. Or not . I’ll never know.

Very tasty food, one of best Korean places you can taste the real Korean flavour.

Paid $18 per plate, took them 30 minutes, and the food was severely bland and under seasoned. The fried rice tasted like just oil and onion and the parched chicken tasted like it was only seasoned with pepper (the meat literally didn’t have any color, just countable specs of pepper). Came with 2 of my friends who would say the same. We couldn’t even finish it was that bad. This truck shouldn’t be in the category of Servsafe food or even have “best” in its title. Save your time, money, and taste buds.

Smh… where do I begin? As a frequent consumer of 323 hibachi for several years, I hate to say that my most recent experiences with the truck have been extremely disappointing! The customer service has never been pristine or inviting so don’t expect a warm greeting and that’s expected when you have teenagers working on your truck who lack both couth and decorum. Secondly, the sauce is what makes the food!! Without the sauce, the food is still good depending on the time that you order or visit the truck on Venice but if you go at night your food may be as underwhelming as mine. Imagine having a dry over cooked piece of salmon with nothing on it (no seasoning; no teriyaki sauce etc) on top of plain fried rice with no eggs or veggies. The young man taking orders last night was too busy horseplaying and he failed to inform myself and several other customers about them being out of vegetables etc. I also requested to BUY more crack sauce (THAT THE TRUCK SELLS) and was told that the truck was low on sauce and no extras were being given or sold just for him to pull out a 1 gallon plastic pitcher completely filled to the top with “crack sauce!!!” My encounters and experience with 323 hibachi has been both good and bad and I’ve continued to support and frequent this business hoping the owners will make improvement because the food is usually good and worth every penny but lately it has been extremely underwhelming. I hope that the new truck in Inglewood succeeds and maybe some day the venice truck will get it together completely but the customer service and food last night on Venice was diabolical and definitely not worth another dollar or visit. Bring integrity back to your business because your supporters remember where you started!! Some of us have been there since day one ?
