This team is extremely unprofessional, demonstrates a lack of customer focus and to put it frankly they don’t give AF about guest waiting. I spent $2700 here for a quick lunch run in and thought that I could grab a meal. However, the full team ignored me and three other customers. The team is currently standing in the back/kitchen, drinking Starbucks, on their cell phone and laughing. Maybe my expectations are too high for such a team… they literally just told a Customer she can’t have bread with her soup because they’re running low and need to spread it out a month all customers. Hilarious

This place is amazing! Pretty much a hidden gem. It has your regular cafe menus and a bar, and a TV to watch sports! You can basically come here and drink while you shop at Bloomingdales. Or wait for your spouse and drink here while they shop.Parking: Validation

59th and Lex is on the second level inside Bloomingdale's. They have a wide variety of lunch options. They have appetizers, salads, sandwiches, and plates and pastas. Oh, and a soup of the day selection! The avo toast and chicken wings are great as well as the chicken piccata plate. What is great is that there is a lot to choose from on the menu.

The old menu is back! Daniela the manager and her team have done an amazing job turning things around. Love their food and the place is a hidden gem for great comfort food. So, if you don’t want to wait in lines at other restaurants in the mall, come to 59th and Lex. Highly recommended!
