I leave this message for the manager of this place. At 3:12 pm on 03/11/19 I enter and ask them to omar that there will be the door where the beers are. And he doesn't answer me. and I wait for 2 minutes. Then he arrives and asks me which one with a loud and loud voice. and I told him which one. and then ask for the handler's number to report it. He doesn't answer me and when I'm online he insults me in Spanish. since the others who were in the place are African-American...read full review
I'm always visiting different 7 Eleven locations and I must admit this is the nastiest one I've ever seen. They weren't really crowded so I'm not sure why the store was left unkempt. Someone left a slice of pizza on the lotto dispenser exposed. No team members attempt to throw it away. It was trash on the floor near the entrance as well. I have been going to this store since it opened and have never had any bad experiences until today. The guy who charged us was extremely rude. Our total was $5.47 so we gave him $6. But i had a free drink so it went down to $2.18. He still kept the $6 but only gave 53 cents back. I went back to tell him and he got rude and mad for us asking for our correct change back.
