My neighborhood 7-Eleven staff by a friendly group of cashiers. The store is bright and clean offering wide selection of b Vera he's, snack, sandwiches, and other house necessities. And for a credit union member like me, The is never an ATM Service Charge. The 7-Eleven loyalty program is a winner with quick paybacks to their customers.
So I was just at 7/11 on Centinela and total came out $4 something my husband kept asking this lady questions she was busy so it kinda made her discombobulated gave her a $20 she did not give me my change back when I asked her for it she says she already gave it to us. I told her no you didn't. Guess what her response was? I have to check the cameras! Really our transaction happened 1 min ago and you gotta check the cameras!!??? First I want to start out by saying I never complain in any customer service situation, because the customer is always right, is how I was taught to treat clientele no matter how rude they could be at times. But tbis guy at 3:30 am who i buy a drink from was beyond rude, unprofessional & sexist!
