Inside mitsuwa, ordering is on kiosk but u can ask questions from real person. Use the toast app, to earn points to get discounts. Ordered the anago tendon, fried nicely, plenty of rice to be full. Personally the eel was too lean and shrimp overcooked
The food is excellent,it is just disappointing that the rewards you earn are NEVER deducted from your bill. I have brought this issue up and was just told that the rewards are hit and miss and that there was no way to access it.

The tempura is a masterclass in Japanese culinary artistry—light, crispy, and perfectly golden. Each piece, from shrimp to vegetables, is fried to perfection. The tempura egg, with its soft, runny yolk encased in a soft shell, is a standout. The Fish tendon plate comes with fish tempura, shrimp tempura, squash, soft-boiled egg, shishito pepper, and seaweed on rice, with miso soup and dipping sauces. The Shrimp Tendon includes 4 shrimp tempura, soft boiled egg, seaweeds, pumpkin, and pepper on rice. Pairing the tempura with soba noodles is a match made in heaven, served chilled with dipping sauce or hot in a comforting broth. The service is outstanding, quick, friendly, and pleasant. However, there is always a long wait due to a lack of system on orders, sometimes waiting 30+ minutes for number calling. It is a self-serve, find your own table kind of dining that can be crowded. At the same food court, delicious desserts are a few steps away.
