BIG BASSAHOLIC

I work as a security guard down the street from this place. I went there last week to get some coffee and it had a sign on the door that says closed from 3 am to 6 am, I went there today again and the sign still on there. Looks like they need 3 whole hours to clean that place up. EVERYDAY. Ridiculous.

Just skip over this location. The workers at this 7-11 are atrocious at their jobs and the owners have overpriced everything in the store. The workers are told to overcharge and ignore all the discount prices listed. They also have been caught adding phantom charges. The store is also trash because they have no interest in keeping things clean, helping customers or keeping the machines working. The food is the worst I've ever had at a 7-11, they almost always burn the hot food and have no idea how to use the microwaves. The place changed hands during the pandemic and the new folks might be the laziest most inept workers Ive ever run across. I can't say enough bad things about them.

Went in at 12:47pm on 8/13/23 today to put money on a cashapp card. Was told by the cashier that the system was down and he couldn't add the money. I suggested he scan the barcode like it says and of course it worked. They lie all the time about this and always claim the system is down and every time I insist they try it and it works. I used to buy about $30 to $40 of products every time I went in to put money on the card a couple times a week but it's always a big hassle because they try to waste my time and send me to another location. I don't have time to waste but every time they play that game with me I'll post another 1 star review to make sure everyone knows that there lying and discrimination won't be tolerated. Their prices are also beyond outrageous. I think they've raised their prices at least 100% in the past year which is way more than Inflation so it means they're purposely price gouging and taking advantage of consumers.

I used to frequent this 7-Eleven often due to the convenient location. Today will be the last day I will come here, and I will simply just walk a couple of blocks over to the one on 6th. Every now and then I would come in for the coffee promo and get a couple of snacks. There were a few instances in which I was overcharged, but I asked the clerk to explain the pricing and most of the time the price was adjusted to reflect the promotional price before paying. Today things did not go so well. The first thing that happened was that the cold brew machine for coffee was not working for whatever reason. I notified the clerk, and since nothing could be done, I opted to get a different beverage. I got also two slices of pizza. I input the phone number to get the promotional pricing, and as I was paying I noticed on the screen by the register that it did not deduct the amount to reflect the promotional price. I did not feel like wasting more time by arguing over this issue. So for anyone else that took the time to read this, thank you, and just be careful because if you also take the time to read the previous comments, there's a few that mention that some of these clerks are overcharging.

This place has great customers. I was short $2 for my coffee for me and my friend, and this other customer paid it forward. It was awesome.

My card was skimmed here, do not trust the atm or the cameras zooming in on pin numbers. Careful with this store.

Maybe the worst customer service at any 711. The lady jarna refused to put money on a card for me because it was after 7pm. When I asked her to make an exception she told me she wouldn't because I wasn't nice to her. High prices low respect and no exceptions. Losers.

The Indian lady with the short hair is rude. I asked her a question and she just ignored me and kept talking to her co worker when she tried charge me $3.64 for a Mexican candy that should be no more than $1. I don’t know all the Mexican candy is more expensive, seems pretty prejudice to me. This 7-11 charges too much and taking advantage of its “convenience.”

This place doesn’t even have the hours correct they close super early. And their food is overpriced because they’re near a train station.

Shameless clerks I have ever seen they duoble charged my products and I ask them why did you double charge my products? and they said that they thought I was buying two? you think does it make any sense? Just horrible people

Avoid this place like the plague. The owner has started overcharging on as many products as possible. I'd been going to the one on Alexandra and 6th for years but thought I'd save myself the extra couple blocks from time to time.Unfortunately, the franchise owner seems to be in on the inflation game and, for one example, is charging $7 for a product that is typically $5 in every other store. This is not the first time I went in for a quick purchase and left empty-handed because of the price gouging on common products that are really available a five minute walk away. I left as quickly as I arrived and headed to another 7-11 a whopping three blocks away. The clerk there laughed when I told him why I stopped by and informed me that the wholesale price of the product was $2/unit, which tracks with the CostCo price. There's a Jon's on 8th, an H Mart at 6th and Alexandria and the other 7-11 also at 6th and Alexandria. Don't help the owner of this 7-11 afford any more clown shoes.?
