Bad service, I wanted to buy an ice cream but the price marked was different from the cashier's and she didn't want to verify

I really love the 7/11 but this place never has any wings because their machine to cook the wings has been broken for weeks and they're not going to fix it

Pretty good 7/11... even though the closed the store for a weed break. I'm not hating.

So rude and disrespectful

Came to get some stuff and the door is locked with the employee just sitting behind the counter playing on her phone. At least get an employee in there that wants to work.

Worst 7 eleven I've ever been to. It's not the homeless people, but the employees. They just outright ignore paying customers and continue with their conversation as if that's their only purpose. Meanwhile, thieves are walking right out the door with armfuls of stolen goods. There's another 7 eleven four blocks away, you're better off going there

So 7-Eleven is supposed to be a 24 hour operation. It is 11:28 PM and they are closed I’m not understanding how a 24 hour business is closed??????

Tonight around 10 pm went there buy cigarettes, they seemed doing some accounting break, this small littlemexico Girl or woman (she s bossing around) told me “5 minutes “. 5 minutes to what, close or wait. So I stepped forward to ask 1 minute buy cigarettes, she shouted at me and repeated “5 minutes “. Ok, I waited for 5 plus min, then she just let me wait there and flirting with the male cashier, touching his arm so so. She probably thought this was the only 7 11 in Korean town and owned this store, so she could do whatever she wanted.

I've started stopping here every morning before school to get breakfast because my friend does it as well. Literally all the staff are so nice every day to everyone who comes in, they always greet me and wish me a good day and chat a little bit, super sweet. They're very nice, they have a great selection of drinks and food and snacks, and the amount of patience they have with male Karen's with $0 in their bank account who try to blame it on their cash registers is astounding. Kudos for that, almost wish you had a tip jar because I would have filled it up as he was ranting. Thanks for your kindness ?

First off.... let's talk about customer service: The lady in the front has very good customer service skills, is very helpful, was a little humorous, and most of all is what most customer service at 7/11 should be like. Location: Located at the bottom of a really tall building (I'll take a picture of this next time I go here) right near 207 bus stop and red line train station. Atmosphere: To be honest I get nothing but the fresh coffee smell and good vibes coming from this location compared to all the other typical gas station 7-eleven locations I go to. Overall: i would give this place 10 stars if I could.

Ever since they change ownership of the store, it hasn't been the same. Never open on time.. they don't open early like they use too. So much for been open 24/7.. Coffee is not that great no more , most of the time Coffee machine doesn't even work.

They don't even know their own hours. It says on GMAPS that they're open. Still not a single sign of life. Total Effin' BullCocky
