If you have serious food allergies, I don’t recommend. They do not care to make sure food is safe even if you do most of the work for them

Coffee is solid, if not a bit overpriced even for this part of Koreatown. Food also solid; pastries are particularly good. There’s a lot of seating and it’s hypothetically a good place to work/study, especially with the hours, but it feels downright hostile for a cafe to charge $8 for a cold brew and then tape over its power strips so customers can’t use them. About Time looks inviting enough, but a lot of the design choices make it clear that you’re not actually meant to settle in.

I used to love this place until last Friday.

I had my client waiting for me in the shop. When I arrived here I went directly to the bathroom because I wanted to check out my outfit before I see my client. Then a girl with glasses who works here, yelled “hello” at me, couple times, because I wasn’t expecting that was to me, until all the customer in the shop was looking at me.

She said have u order yet. Of course I haven’t. Because I would be ordering with my client together. She basically assumed that I would not order anything and just here for the bathroom.

That was extremely rude and ruined everything good I have built up here.

I came here because Instagram said it was a coffee hotspot in LA with plenty of seating and a huge parking lot, but there wasn’t a single parking spot—I circled three times. Inside, it didn’t feel like a café at all since there was no conversation, just people working on their laptops taking up all the seats.

There wasn’t anywhere to sit, and even the people in front of us couldn’t find seats, so we ended up standing while drinking.

The staff were friendly.

I ordered an Einspänner and an iced Americano, but the “iced” Americano barely had any ice and was lukewarm, which was disappointing.

The atmosphere felt more like a library, so I wouldn’t recommend it.

About Time Cafe – Where Brunch Dreams Clock In Right On Time ⏰
📍 3287 Wilshire Blvd B, Los Angeles, CA

If you’re chasing that perfect blend of cozy vibes, aesthetic sips, and brunch that actually lives up to the hype—About Time Cafe is your next stop. I wandered in on a sleepy Sunday and left with a full belly and a phone bursting with food pics. Let’s break it down:

Kyle’s Bagel – Bacon, scrambled eggs, and American cheese tucked into a cloud-soft bagel. It’s the kind of breakfast sandwich that makes you pause mid-bite and whisper “wow” to no one in particular.

Smoked Salmon Bagel – Think crisp arugula, zingy capers, and cucumber slices layered with smoked salmon and red onion. It’s brunch elegance with a punch of flavor.

Matcha Einspänner – Creamy, earthy, and topped with whipped magic. If matcha had a love language, this would be it.
Dubai Chocolate Cheesecake – Rich, velvety, and borderline sinful. One bite and you’re transported to dessert heaven.

☕ Vibe Check:

• Upstairs seating = quiet study haven
• Downstairs = buzzy with pop tunes and laptop warriors
• Dog-friendly patio = bonus points for the pup crowd
• WiFi’s a bit slow, but the ambiance makes up for it
• One-order minimum per person, so come hungry!
Felix the Cat’s Final Meow:
About Time Cafe isn’t just a place to eat—it’s a mood. Whether you’re brunching with your crew or flying solo with a latte and a dream, this spot delivers flavor, flair, and a sprinkle of foodie magic. Just don’t forget to snap a pic of that cheesecake before it disappears.

I want to like this spot but the wifi has been terrible for months. Food and drinks are pretty good but parking can be tricky. Hard to justify going here to get work done.

i brought my clean reusable container here, but they refused to fill it. the reason provided was the health code even though section 114121 allows for refilling of reusable containers. the world is burning up. do your part.

also, i couldn’t tell whether the straws are plastic or compostable. businesses aren’t supposed to use plastic straws anymore.

This spot has two levels of seating with plenty of natural light, making it the perfect place to hang out or get some studying done. They serve a wide range of drinks, bagels, sandwiches, and desserts. If you want to get food they stop selling at 2pm. Also some of their desserts sell out quick so you may need to go early if you want to try their desserts. They offer FREE PARKING with a huge lot just for customers which makes this place even better!

I have been obsessed with Einspanners recently, and I like how they have a heavy cream foam on top! It makes the drinks 10x better!

Vienna Einspänner

Matcha Einspänner (This one is my favorite)

Kyle’s Bagel (egg chees and bacon)

Salmon Bagel (salomon with spinach)

Earl Grey Cake (popular flavor and dessert)

The employees are super friendly and I think this is spot to check out if in the ktown area.

Súper súper chill, upstairs seating tons of seats when you walk in too. Outlets for all devices, loved that. There’s a beautiful patio with plants. Music was lax. 10 out of 10 study spot. Everyone was working so hard in here visitors and servers also loved the lighting fixture in the middle super cool. It was busy but it didn’t feel overwhelming. Downside, there were a few flies in there, but I think it’s because it’s summer?

Internet is terrible. $8 croissant?? Coffee is mid.

The atmosphere is the only thing going for it. Outdoor area is cool but this place is a poser. Not the real deal.
