Got a burrito from here, the vegan chorizo and vegan cheese were both great. You can order in advance online and pick up… I did so as my plane landed and by the time we deplaned the burrito was ready for pickup.

While the food was good and the service was fast and polite, it was bar and food court seating at the airport so it is what it is. Don’t expect a smile from the bartender… unless you get someone else than who served me.

Horrible I ordered a carne asada burrito $23.00. Parboiled rice no flavor, meat was more shredded beef not carne asada. Ended up throwing it away

The service was great! But the burrito was REALLY GROSS, neither of us could finish it and I gagged on my last bite. Also it was almost $30. Gross AND overpriced :( Only enjoyable part was the nice staff! Basically I paid $30 to have a good interaction with someone and gag on my food. Win some lose some.

1 star because the 20% service fee wasn't disclosed before I applied a tip. All told, $66 for 3 ground beef tacos and a double tequila. Insane. I know it's the airport but this is crazy.
Edit: read other reviews, now I see the Dear Guest placard 18 inches from me. I have 20/20 vision and I can't see the print of this long paragraph that's basically saying a 20% service charge is involved. Size 5 font on this placard lol.

After being on a plane for 15 hours and then changing to terminal 1 here at LAX, it was so refreshing to get soft corn tortilla tacos with fresh onions, avocado, rice and pinto beans. Came with 3 lime slices and I also bought a Perrier water. Lady at register was super welcoming and I felt like I got personalized attention. (Vegan and gluten free!)

Flavorless food that's over priced. If you're going to charge high prices for your food , make sure to have flavor. The presentation was great, but the cook / chief / owner doesn't know how to cook. Please add additional spices to your food items so customers can be happier.
Don't sit down here. They will charge you an automatic 20% and also if paying cash and total is $5.98. You beat bet they won't take $6. Exact change is a must
