horrible place. I went into this bug-infested place today, 03/12/2024, some people came up to me and asked what was going on. The bar was open, but it turned out it wasn't for me today. They rudely and brazenly escorted me out... Where do such horrible places come from in Los Angeles and who visits them!? Garbage for homeless people

One of the worst bar experiences of my life. My friend and I went to the bathroom and were accosted by a security guard banging on the door and screaming so loudly we thought we were actually being attacked. Once we finally opened the door (he was banging over and over for about a minute even though we told him we were in there), he said someone told him a man went into the women's bathroom. I'm an androgynous queer person and someone obviously thought I was a dude??... it was super awkward and shocking. We had to tell him to leave us alone and explain that it's inappropriate to scream at people using the bathroom? We then witnessed him harass multiple other people during the short time we were there. Drinks were way too expensive and the vibe was horrible.

Came in at 1:25 and ordered a drink and was kicked out 5 min after ordering the drink with no refund. Yes everyone was kicked out at 135 when they close at 2 am.

It was kinda slow but I still liked the place and had a good time. Bartender was friendly and talkative Entrance is so cool and had adult movies playing which goes with the theme.

the security guards here are thieves and creeps. They will pick-pocket stuff right out of your pockets and refuse to give it back, and are super creepy and will insist on patting you down and search through and empty your bag multiple times as if you’re in airport TSA. It’s creepy and weird especially as a female. They have 4-6 security guards outside for a small club that’s only one room. Drinks inside will run you MINIMUM $30-$50 and the music is so bad. It was dead inside and no one was dancing. Do yourself a favor, skip this place and go down the street to gold diggers, Davey Wayne’s, dirty laundry, no vacancy, Honeys, kiss kiss bang bang or break room 86 for vibes 10 million times better than this place ✌️
A chill place to have a drink during the week and they have very cool ambiance. It's also an intimate venue spot.

the speakeasy vhs entrance is about the only good part about this spot. I was expecting the drink pricing, but the quality did not live up to the prices. The specialty drinks tasted watered down and I would not come back here.
