I am flying Alaska airlines and I had a wonderful experience due to Markus’s great hospitality and wonderful customer service he was at the front desk gate and was extremely pleasant on helping me with my disability and seating I will be flying Alaska more frequently and pass the word into my friends and family.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service my wife and I recently received. We are loyal customers who frequently fly with your airline.
Unfortunately, my wife was feeling unwell and needed a place to rest, so we attempted to purchase a day pass. To our surprise, we were outright denied, despite being willing to pay and being long-time, loyal customers. This immediate rejection felt dismissive and unaccommodating.
Experiences like this make it difficult for us to continue choosing your airline, as it demonstrates a lack of consideration for customers’ comfort and well-being. Just like Alaska Airline, this lounge was extremely underwhelming. The breakfast-to-lunch transition dragged on forever, leaving very limited options for a long period of time. When lunch finally appeared, the food was disappointing! mostly unhealthy, processed items like meatballs, mac and cheese, and bagels, none of which felt fresh. The lounge itself is quite small and quickly became crowded. To make matters worse, the staff appeared unhappy and unwelcoming, which took away from any sense of comfort.
