This place sucks. Worst store in socal, right after superior. I'd give 0 stars if possible. The shelves were almost empty in most of the aisles. The bread was smashed and no one bothered to remove that. They were out of an item that was on-sale; I asked for a rain check and the cashier said no. I went to vons instead and they did give me a rain check for the same item Albertsons said no to. No wonder they're going to demolish that whole structure ?

This store is desperately in need of more cashiers during peak times. The current cashiers work fast, but they aren't able to keep up with the number of customers. The associates are usually very friendly, but the overall store appears to be understaffed. Also, please stop raising the prices on clearance items to astronomical amounts only to offer discounts that should be further discounted on very old, out of date grocery items.

Today I went to get lobster tails and some other things and I was told that I had to wall to the front and pay for my itens first, then someone would walk back and get them for me, I was totally ok with that, but as I continued shopping, I notice like 3 other people with the exact same items I was getting In their baskets, and when I finally got to checkout they locked at me like I was insane when I asked them to get my seafood for me, so I had to walk back to get it. I've been shopping here for years, and this is the first time this had ever happened.

Always clean, have lots of stuff at good prices, extremely friendly staff, it is a very busy store but he lines always move quickly. Parking lot can get busy, but otherwise my first choice for groceries
So I bought chicken right but they didn't have the regular chicken. So I just got the spicy, and mind you the spicy is not spicy. It is an extra season to the point where it's going to give you high blood pressure. I highly recommend that if you love an extra season baby this is for you. But if you don't like cuz it's like salty. If you don't like salty don't eat it cuz it's just like no it's not for me. And when I went to checkout it was charging me for bags. I was self-checkout cuz I had like three items. And it charged me for bags and I said no. I'm just going to carry it and then this nice gentleman gave me a bag for free so I thought that was very kind of him. So the workers are very kind. Some more than others. But yeah my only problem is the chicken because it came up till $13.99 for a pound and called me crazy but I think if you tell me that it's $8 or something it should not be no $13.99. but anyways that's how life is. Anyways, inflation is inflated. I'm sorry if you don't understand what I said. I'm like I'm doing voice to text and I'm talking how I want to talk because I feel like if I can talk how I say it right now it would be better and more authentic so you can understand it. But yeah, Iris ends on top. It's like 10 minutes away from my house so it's a nice thing to walk and great customer service with products.

I love Albys!!! Always have some kind of ice cream on sale, so I travel miles to go grocery shopping here just because of that! Lol

Normally I am a big fan but this is the 3rd time this week my experience was below gutter. I was ran over by an employee with his stock cart, I asked an employee where I could find something was told ' I don't know' and the check out lady was so utterly nasty and rude I left during my check out. Can't say I will return unless they get a grip on customer service. Deplorable
