The person who we paid in cash said that receipt is only for the people that pay with card although we paid in cash and were refused receipt when we asked for our receipt initially.

I really enjoyed my tortas and their bread. The bread and bolillo were made same day. But the short lady with glasses is super rude and with attitude.

Today when I bit my torta I noticed some metal in the torta. I thought it was hair but the string was stronger and didn’t feel like hair. I couldn’t tell what it was.

The lady with glasses is super rude. When you order a torta she’ll make it but she won’t ask for another employee to take charge at the register. As the line piled up Some of the latinos were like, “hey we can help you ring up the orders so we can get our bread and go” but she sarcastically them, “do it and watch what happens”

Support small businesses but you don’t have to support this one.

Food was delicious. Owner was accommodating and generous in explaining the goods. Don't normally rate facilities but was very pleased with our visit here. Strongly encourage others to visit! Will go back if ever in the area again!

Really enjoyed my visit! The atmosphere was cozy, the staff was attentive, and the food was absolutely delicious. Highly recommend trying their signature dessert. Will definitely come back again!

Bread is okay not bad but not amazing either, the service sucks thats for sure the lady with glasses short and oldish she is the most rude one. And I hate the fact that is 2 diferent people order a torta everyone has to wait for both ladies do their individual torta instead of one doing them all and the other one charges you. So service i give it a 2 specially the old lady glasses

One of the best bakeries around. Get there early as they run out of every good thing, as they should.

Horrible attitude! I heard the owner talking really loudly and rudely to one of her employees. She is abusing them because they don’t speak English and aren’t Mexicans. If, ud is American Center you better go to another bakery than the owner doesn't want us!!!! It's a good old despot!!!! No parking

I justed call to place an order. The person who took my order was rude and had an attitude. She should not take orders or work there. she doesn't have no customer service skills. I have been coming here for years and my family as well. I am disappointed.

decided to check this place out and right off the bat there were homeless transients outside. i asked for prices and this short lady with goggle glasses could not give me prices saying that everything is priced different. so I then asked what the price was for a concha, and her response was, wait let me finish making this sandwich and then I can help you....seriously?? gonna make me wait 5 mins for you to give me a price?....I left immediately and went to kindels donuts where service was excellent.
