Fiance ordered a dirty martini that tasted like water and was flavorless. Sent it back and it came back the exact same. We ordered just one appetizer and they sent out two which forced us yet again to send something back which was uncomfortable. I ordered a Kansas City dry aged steak “rare plus” which one would expect to melt in your mouth especially at $105. It was far too chewy and tasted like it should be $30. Ordered a side of broccoli, which was “very much recommended “ by our server and it was extremely al dente to the point of almost raw. They were very slow in serving drinks which threw off the timing in having drinks together. Did not bring our dinner wine WITH dinner. If this experience was somewhere else with a total bill of $100 I wouldn't care but for a bill with tip being over $400 these are entirely unacceptable mistakes.

They have a great and unique steak selection. I had the ribeye chop medium rare and it was cooked perfectly. They have a ton of Whiskies. Bartender is very knowledgeable. Good wine list by the glass and by the bottle. The only weird thing is - their AC system creates a draft which rattles the entire whisky displays at the bar and it was a bit annoying. Management should ask some HVAC mechanical specialist to check on the air balancing of the entire space.

Sat down and waited for a server. Took a while just to get water. Plate runner did not know who ordered what. Very elementary procedure. Really surprised me. Beet salad and entrees were delicious. Got our entrees and would have ordered wine but no one was around. Finally our server came up and said, "too late for wine, I guess". We were 2/3's done. Again surprising. Looked like they had plenty of staff so not sure why the service was disappointing.

Food was great. It had been a couple years since we were last here. I usually have the Ribeye but I decided to have the salmon which was excellent. They sous vide it. Great. Other parties had Duck and Filet Mignon. Both excellent. Cocktails were small but potent. We were celebrating a birthday & there was a complimentary dessert & champagne . Prices are at fine dining status $$$.

From the moment you walk in, the experience begins. The service, ambiance, interior design, drinks and food transport you through a culinary experience. Heck, even the restrooms are beautiful. This Japanese steakhouse is truly unique, inspiring and delightful. We ordered a 40oz Wagyu Tomahawk, roasted Brussels sprouts & mashed potatoes to share for a party of 3. Also, ordered from their signature cocktail menu. The service was attentive and full of surprises, including a bread service that's to die for. We rounded out the meal with chocolate truffles, small pastries and cotton candy. Truly one of a kind experience.

The food was outstanding. Our table had Filet Mignon, Rib Eye and Salmon. I started with the beet salad which was savory and delightfully surprising with pistachios and feta....perfection. Our waiter was warm, welcoming and great sense of humor. I have 2 minor comments on opportunity for improvement. We were seated in the corner of the second room after walking in and it felt removed from the heart of the restaurant. The space overall could use an interior designer to spruce up the upscale dining. Wall decor was sparse and felt a bit like a conference room setting. Fresh flowers throughout would complement the high end feel.

Satisfactory overall however when I asked about validation for parking was told by hostess and waiter that the establishment would validate but in the garage the validation cover only $12 of the $19 charge. Also I wound our wait person to be not engaged with my table...

I had an amazing dinner celebrating my birthday. The service is top notch and the waiters are very professional and knowledgeable. I felt special and the food was amazing. Yes it's pricey and I can't eat here regularly but it's a marvelous place if you have a special occasion.

Nick was an amazing server. It was a plus that he was also a mixologist for 2 years at the same restaurant. He provided great recommendations from the signature cocktails, adding truffles to the mashed potatoes, and his detailed knowledge of the overall menu. Additionally, I have to acknowledge that the attentive staff (host/hostess, expediter, maitre d', busser, food runner, restaurant manager etc) made my dining experience memorable.

By far one of the best steakhouses I've been to. The service was impeccable, the food was made to perfection, and the ambiance was just right. I would definitely recommend this place and cannot wait for my next visit. I truly cannot get over how savory everything was! I recommend the oysters, hamachi shooters (amazing!!), bone marrow, sanuki Japanese a5 wagyu, mac and cheese, mashed potatoes, baby broccoli, and molten chocolate lava cake. I cannot wait to revisit and try even more items/desserts. Laurencio and Chris were amazing and suggested only but the best! After explaining to them the type of cocktail flavors I enjoy they brought out a drink that was absolutely perfect! I wish I would have asked for the name but I do know it was tequila + pomegranate. Do yourself a favor and make dinner reservations here, you will not regret it!!!

Great food! The cookies and cream soufflé is to die for! The service was top notch and they gave us some free dessert goodies for Valentine's Day and to make up for order miscommunications. Thanks so much for making it special! ?

We tried the Omakase menu, and as an Asian, I was interested to find that its an Asian fusion menu, but, unfortunately for me, it's like a random dish, and the set does not match at all...

First time at Alexander's and it was better than expected. Service was very good-attentive and courteous. All the staff was friendly. The menu was simple to understand, the food was delicious and well presented. The wagyu options were more than other restaurants and cooked perfectly. Even the little bread appetizer was amazing. We were so consumed by the experience, no need to take pictures. We will definitely be coming back!

I plan on going back to Alexander Steak house. The service was excellent. The food was very good. The recommendation we got from the waiter was spot on. We were celebrating a birthday and had a wonderful time. Next time we plan on doing the chef menu.

Always a great time at Alexander's. We are happy that the Mac n cheese is back so we can take our kids with us. Our server, Fredrick, was such a delight and made our time more enjoyable. We will definitely be back.
