Location is Terminal 3(Delta),
Normal and simple coffee. Not bad.

As a flight attendant in and out of every airport… customer service is always a hit or miss. Today was definitely a hit as SHayna at the LAX store went above and beyond for us. There was a long line and people were a bit cranky but Shayna was so pleasant and delightful. I just wanted to make someone in the company aware of this employee. I know that I certainly appreciated it.

Great place to grab a cup of joe by the Delta gates. Interior is well decorated with some seating options. Drip came out nice and hot and did not taste burnt. Bravo!

They make the worst coffee drinks in Los Angeles. Seriously don't bother. There are enough tacky people that will buy their crap. You don't have to lower yourself and be one of them. The bad reviews of this place are spot on. But it doesn't matter whether you are in the Abbot Kinney district or Marina Del Rey. Their drinks are GROSS.

All of their locations are bad. They're just in it for the money--no passion. Overly headache causing sweet drinks that make you nautious

Great coffee, far better than others in the airport. Accidentally left my credit card at the counter during a long layover; I returned nearly three hours later where Hakim (I think that was his name) remembered exactly who I was and had my card set aside safely. Really friendly staff and excellent service.

The iced matcha latte was way better than I was expecting for an airport of all places. Good color, strong matcha taste. But, of course, it was 7.86 for 16oz. Wont be doing that again

Should have checked the reviews before spending money here. Americano was super dilute it looked like tea. Ordered the chicken and mama lil’s sandwich. Not worth $15.75. There’s barely any chicken. It’s more like a grilled cheese with some hot peppers.

I was genuinely surprised by what we got here!
For lattes and bagels in an airport terminal, these were unexpectedly good!
For tired and weary travelers en route from Hawaii to London, this was a blessing !

They were quick to make the drinks. I did not like how the cashier kept laughing with her co-workers while taking my order. I felt like I was not important and she rather keep making jokes and laughing with her co-workers.

First, the website stated that this establishment opened 5 A.M. Well it did not. 5:20 and still the employees were setting up. Second, a passenger had apparently forgot their cowboy hat on the counter at the entrance. What did the employee do next, you guessed it, placed the hat on the top (lid) of the nearest trash can. I would hope you have a lost and found. The airport itself does.

Grrr. Oat milk Gibraltar. Came out in 30 seconds. No foam. The double cup method with a lid on it made coffee dribble down the cup all over me. So it was wasteful and a bad idea. Worst $6 I spent today, and this was a brand new shirt. Coffee tasted fine I guess (the machines are pretty unsexy automatic like Starbucks or the Delta lounge) but would’ve been much better with actual foam and not just warmed up milk. And the coffee on my shirt probably made it moderately less enjoyable than it already was. I’ll skip Alfred’s next time. Feels like all branding and no substance in LAX.
