The latte tasted like plain warmed-up milk. On top of that, the price is higher than most places, yet you don’t get what you expect at all. Too bad I didn’t check the reviews before ordering.

As a flight attendant in and out of every airport… customer service is always a hit or miss. Today was definitely a hit as SHayna at the LAX store went above and beyond for us. There was a long line and people were a bit cranky but Shayna was so pleasant and delightful. I just wanted to make someone in the company aware of this employee. Great place to grab a cup of joe by the Delta gates. Interior is well decorated with some seating options. Drip came out nice and hot and did not taste burnt. Bravo!

They make the worst coffee drinks in Los Angeles. Seriously don't bother. There are enough tacky people that will buy their crap. You don't have to lower yourself and be one of them. The bad reviews of this place are spot on. But it doesn't matter whether you are in the Abbot Kinney district or Marina Del Rey. Their drinks are GROSS.
All of their locations are bad. They're just in it for the money--no passion. Overly headache causing sweet drinks that make you nautious

Great coffee, far better than others in the airport. Accidentally left my credit card at the counter during a long layover; I returned nearly three hours later where Hakim (I think that was his name) remembered exactly who I was and had my card set aside safely. Really friendly staff and excellent service.
