Ordered sandwiches online. When I picked up my order, the paper bag had my name written in bright green chalk paint. When I picked up the bag, the paint was still wet and when it brushed up against my leg it got on my pants and stained through the fabric onto my leg. They said that it won’t stain my clothing; hopefully this is true as it is chalk paint, but the person behind the counter did not seem to care one bit. They asked if I wanted another bag, as if that was what I was worried about. Hopefully it will wash out when I get home, otherwise I will not be happy.

Got a hot latte, it was fine. The barista was very nice in checking what kind of milk I wanted.

Worst coffee ever, if you can call this black coffee, I had to double check and ask if this was tea or an actual black coffee, they said YES, it’s black coffee, are you kidding me? Paying $6 for dish washer water? Come on people!

We recently visited your cafe and enjoyed your great coffee and delicious breakfast burrito with crispy bacon. The combination of coffee and burrito was perfect. Thank you for a wonderful experience - we'll definitely be visiting again soon!

Showed up tonight at 8:35pm and the workers who were still there put up signs that they were closed. According to everything online they don’t close until 9pm. Great.

This is a good choice in a terminal with limited fare. Good sandwiches and very hot coffee.

First coffee in the US. Not as strong as Australian coffee! So 1 star off for how weak it was. Temperature good. Customer service was lovely. They need a sign with the different types of milk available and associated prices!A bit 'clinical' feeling for a cafe/coffee shop. Also quite expensive.

The worst coffee I’ve ever had for the most money. If the line hadn’t been so long, I would have asked for a refund.

Great coffee and freshly made sandwiches. Sure, it's expensive.. it's an airport, but it was great coffee and food!

I was out in the area visiting and got a gift card for Alfred. I tried their World Famous Vanilla Latte and fell in love with it! I came back for more the next few days. I also tried their Chinese chicken wrap and their salmon wrap, both were good. The atmosphere is cozy. The staff were kind but had trouble with payment processing and got my drink order wrong one of the days. I had to go back to get it fixed. I also got charged the wrong amount to my debit card after using up my gift card and paying the extra. You guys have a nice little coffee place, but staff needs to be better trained as multiple times nobody seemed to know what they are doing. I get it, it's the holidays and it's kind of chaotic. Maybe you hired a bunch of new people recently? It just was a little stressful for a coffee experience. But I'd come back.

I ordered a medium cappuccino and it’s excellent. It could be a little hotter but a lot of places really burn the milk making it hot so I’d prefer to have it this temperature and have the milk right.
