Alfred’s Coffee on Melrose Place is one of those “only in LA” kind of spots—in the best way. It’s stylish without trying too hard, the coffee is actually great (not just Instagram famous), and when the timing’s right, it’s a smooth, relaxing experience. The food is great, especially the almond croissants, please make sure to try it. The service is top-notch, every single person behind the counter was friendly, helpful and kind in one way or another.
