All About Poke

Went today a little after 12 in the afternoon. The young lady that was working there was super helpful, attentive, and made sure that while she was attending to my order, that the other customers that entered were greeted. Her customer service skills were excellent.

My order was made to my liking and I really enjoyed it but my only concern was the tuna. Salmon, seaweed, and crab were great along with all the toppings.

Hello to the owner of this place if you check your cameras on 9/15/25 about 5:30pm you will see me come in. There was one customer sitting at a table and there was me you will see me walk up to the counter 4 employees working and they say nothing so I wait no one says be right there or just a minute no one says shit so I left . Please check your cameras to verify. Maybe that’s why the place was dead. So I went and got a burger at the hotel.

Michelle at this place made my 1st visit amazing. She guided me through all the yummy options. Suggested 3 tiny sauces which made my bowl especially delicious. Cute quiet, clean space with good ambiance. Definitely coming bck. All items were fresh.

I ordered through postmastes and ive been looking for a good quality poke place with good portions and I ordered 2 large bowls 1 for me and and 1 for my brother will definitely be ordering again and might just be my go to poke place

Loved the food and the service. Amy provided great customer service. It was my first time having a poke bowl, she was so patient with me! She guided me through my order, and suggested combinations that I may be interested in. I loved my bowl, so delicious! Will be returning for Amy’s service and suggestions!

I used to have it at five stars cause the food is good and the portions were reasonable but there is a particular employee there that serves the portions like the food is being rationed and not charging us high prices for this food. She serves like she’s the one paying for the inventory. ALL the other employees there serve reasonable portions but every time she serves me she gives me horrible portions.

Not only does this particular location taste noticeably worst than others ive tried. They seem to always forget something. Ive ordered from here only twice but BOTH times they forgot all the sauces I PAID FOR and also not the nicest employees. Im going to stick with the eagle rock location.

The food was pretty good, but I am taken back by the portion/price ratio.
I am not against restaurants having an option for small portions, but I am against those portions costing $15+.

The food was good and the staff were helpful. Not sure if there is any close parking but if you are at the hotel or hospital nearby it is a really short walk. There is some indoor and some outdoor seating.
