The food was good and the staff were helpful. Not sure if there is any close parking but if you are at the hotel or hospital nearby it is a really short walk. There is some indoor and some outdoor seating.

I have been to almost every location “It’s all about Poke” has to offer. I have loved them so so much hence me reverting back to them. ***I won’t be going back. Not after speaking to the manager/supervisor of this location. She was so rude and expressed to me that they have not raised their prices in over year. Even though everyone else has . Her frustration seemed to be coming from some sort of internal source that is based on Inflation . This all stemmed from me requesting my soba noodles mixed in with my proteins as opposed to a plain base. She said upon my next visit, I would definitely be charged for adding soba noodles although, if you request them as a base you do not get an extra charge, which makes absolutely no sense. I never experienced this at The Eagle Rock location at which I am a frequent customer. I work at USC and won’t be recommending my colleagues to a location with such a vocal manager. There is no parking and if you park in the red right in front of the location you will get a ticket. The few meter parking as available seemed to always be used by people who park there all day with handicapped plates. You won’t find photos of the parking because there is none :/

First time here, received terrible service. The food is okay but not worth dealing with employees attitudes

First time to this location, lots of parking, clean safe area, walking distance form the hospital, a little far but doable. Highly recommend and will return. Decent size portions. Friendly service, lots of options, fair price and tons of seating inside and out.

there were vegan options, perfect since i am vegan. i got a small poke bowl and it was very delicious. i loved the unagi sauce, made the entire bowl taste amazing. inside the store, there was a lot of empty space though, so the atmosphere was lacking a little.
otherwise, service was also really good and the food was great!
Vegetarian options: Not clearly labelled, but if you ask for vegetarian options, they will clearly tell you

They’ve got 3 different sizes for the bowls, Small, Medium, & Large. Basically DIY poke bowl, the food is pretty great.
Parking: Since this is near USC’s hospital, there are a ton of paid parking garages
Other than that, there is metered street parking that you definitely have to pay for. Parking enforcement is ALWAYS patrolling! Be aware!
Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp available.

Food was ok but not great. Service was poor- not kind or patient when I had an issue with my card. Won’t be going back. Other options nearby are much better with larger portions.
Great poke! First place that has actual spicy tuna. ?

The staff member serving me was great and explained the different options I had as it was the first time I visited. The food also made the experience equally fantastic. I had the spicy tuna and soba noodles. The soba did somewhat get overpowered by the other flavors, so I would maybe not suggest getting that but that is soba for you not any issue with the restaurant. The options for toppings were also varied, permitting a wide array of customization alongside their numerous sauces. I opted for the spicy ponzu, which I was warned was "very spicy". I would not be too concerned about the spice if you choose that option. Maybe the same level of a medium salsa if that. Great poke bowl.
