I'm trying to understand why a business that makes so much money off of delivery drivers, refuses to let them use a restroom. I hope one day, they will be allowed. You could even make a completely separate toilet, outside for drivers only, even put a sign on it, so they would know where they are welcome, to show appreciation. All About The Bread (Money).

I was very disappointed with this establishment after witnessing an unpleasant situation. While having my meal, I saw a well-dressed, polite young woman come in to pick up a delivery order. She kindly asked to use the restroom, but the staff rudely refused her simply because she was a delivery driver.
After seeing how disrespectfully the staff treated her, I no longer wish to visit this place. Absolutely unacceptable behavior for a customer-facing business.

Very disappointed with the service! My friend, a delivery driver, waited for his order for 15 minutes and stepped out to use the bathroom. When he returned, he faced rude comments from the staff, who even found the time to leave a negative review on Uber. This happened on Friday, 10/25. I can’t support a restaurant that disrespects delivery drivers!
Extremely unprofessional staff! They were rude and dismissive throughout our meal. Instead of feeling welcomed, we felt like we were an inconvenience. I won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

I came to pick up my personal order, asked permission if I could go to the restroom.... He probably knows a lot about people, but not about his job.... Since he can't tell the difference between the uber eats app for drivers and the uber eats app for ordering food, he answered me saying only customer out of surprise and shame from the refusal - he didn't say anything to him... At least ask if you are a customer? He probably scanned me and determined that?
