Time for an updated review.

If you're local to LA you probably know of the Betsy (Altadena) All Time drama of the couple who ran both restaurants splitting up. The meal I had tonight was beyond disappointing.

Something happened to this restaurant in the breakup or maybe the original chef jumped ship. I hate to write a bad review but the food my wife and I ate tonight was almost inedible and poorly timed on Valentine's Weekend.

We split the carrot side with yogurt and pistachios to start and they came out wet and soggy and bland in flavor. The next thing that came out was the cavatelli with lamb ragu, a dish I have ordered many times before . Typically the cavatelli here is the perfect amount of al dente and warm and cozy ragu. Tonight the whole thing had this wet feet kind of taste/texture and was just SO disappointing and unlike any of the past times I've had. The ragu had dog food kind of texture/flavor. All Time has always been consistent in all the years I have frequented the restaurant, I have never had this awful of a meal here.

My wife ordered the Red Snapper and it arrived with a creme fraiche which it didn't even list on the menu and my wife doesn't like creme. So we decided it wasn't right and we swapped out for the branzino. The server was polite and speedy, so when the branzino came the presentation of the food was certainly not worth a $50 entree. The broccoli was chopped up and thrown into a pile like frozen Trader Joe's veggies.

I could keep going here but it was just such a far step down, because All Time used to be our GO TO restaurant when we didn't know where to eat in Los Feliz. I just don't know if we can eat here anymore.

PS: Somebody fix the bad playlist here too, it has never matched the low key vibe of this place. It's like hard rock. Does not make sense.

All Time in Los Feliz has such a unique, eclectic charm. The space feels very outdoorsy — almost like you’re having breakfast on someone’s beautifully curated back patio. It’s cozy, relaxed, and a little different in the best way.
We went for breakfast and everything tasted incredibly fresh. I had the sourdough egg and avocado toast with cheese, and it was delicious — simple but done really well. The coffee was also excellent. I tried their house-made almond milk (which I know many people love), but personally I preferred it with regular milk. It just suited my taste better.
We also ordered the French toast with blueberry sauce and fresh blueberries, which was really good — sweet but balanced. The chilaquiles were tasty and well-prepared, though they weren’t the traditional Mexican-style flavor I expected. The sauce had a slightly sweeter, snack-like chili taste rather than the more classic savory chile flavor — but even so, the eggs were cooked perfectly and everything still tasted fresh.
Overall, it’s a really lovely breakfast spot with great ambiance and quality ingredients. It feels warm, inviting, and a little special — like brunch at a friend’s stylish home.
Would definitely go back.

The space is beautiful - like walking into a secret garden. You'd never know you were even in Los Angeles here. Unfortunately, our host sat us next to a table of loud children. This was not ideal for a romantic date night.
I also didn't care for the tartness or tamarind on the different dishes we got. And the prices were very high. I presume that's to help afford rent in such a posh part of town.
The tostada was nice. And I did really enjoy the brownie-style dessert we got - super flavorful but surprisingly light cake layered with decadent cream and generous drizzles of caramel.

The prices are too high for the quality of food. The food is great, but there's cheaper food that tastes just as good. If you want an LA influencer atmosphere, this is the place to go!

Amazing sourdough breakfast sandwich and farmers hash! Highly recommended!
Espresso flavor is not strong but the flavor is good, perfect if you order a cortado. Would definitely not recommend the latte.
The french toast looked incredible in the pictures but was dissapointing when we got it at the table. Although the portion was massive, it was just soaked in blueberry juice instead of mixed berries and syrup.
Will definitely still come back to get a cortado and try the breakfast burrito!

I wanted to go somewhere else when in the area for a show, but ended up here based on the group choice.

Hostess didn't seat us until our last party member arrived in spite of the restaurant being empty, which I didn't understand and both started the meal off in a substandard way and kept us from ordering more drinks in our visit.

Menu sounded good but wasn't grabbing me on anything in particular so I went with the waiters recommendation of French onion toast. It looked impressive but the flavor wasn't as clear or good as it should be.

Server was a highlight and had a good wine suggestion. The lighting is so low everyone had their flashlights out to have any hope of reading the menu.

Was really excited to try this place as I’ve heard some good things about it but was very disappointed. After the hostess sat us down (2 people) no one came to the table. No waiter, not even just someone saying “Hi” or “Welcome” After 15 mins we waved someone down for water and ordered. After that, again, no one came to check on us or ask how our meal was, literally nothing. Completely ignored the entire time for 2 of the smallest portions of gnocchi for $80. Had to get IN-N-OUT on the way home bc we were still hungry. Will not be visiting again. If anyone is reading this there are a lot of way cuter restaurant around this one that look better that you should try instead.

Came here for an early Friday morning bite to eat. No wait and service was quick. Super cool spot to eat outside. We got an assortment of dishes (add bacon to the breakfast burrito) but the true standout was the brioche cinnamon roll. Served warm it is an absolute treat.

This place is everything I look for in a restaurant. High quality, abundant portions, prioritizes organic, and is SEED OIL FREE!!! The vibes are on point y’all, and the staff is uniformly delightful. No laptop working allowed, and I appreciate that even though this place would be the dream to do some computer work from. I have no idea why it’s only rated 4.1 stars…ignore the haters, this place is IT.

You are paying for the vibe. Food is good but very expensive for what it is. Service is great. If vibes are important to you, and they are to me, then it’s worth the markup and it’s the place for you

One of the best cappuccinos I’ve ever had. Perfect temperature, great beans.

Service is friendly & efficient. Atmosphere is a cool Euro vibe, outdoorsy but not hot.

Food is super high quality & good portion sizes.

Overall this place is a total gem. Don’t be scared by the line- you order first and then sit. They do a great job of getting people in & out, without creating a rushed feeling.
