Dishonest business practices.
They ask if you'd like water and then open a bottle before you realize what's occurring. Later that bottle is charged at $9.50 for a liter of water.
Food was fine but nothing to get excited about. Lunch special would be a pretty good deal without the water bait and switch.

The weekday lunch special at $20 is one of the best value for price lunches. It comes with 3 courses - a choice of salad or soup to start, a regular size entree portion of an array of choices from paninis, pizzas, pastas and a scoop of vanilla gelato for dessert. The food is delicious, the portions are ample, the parking is easy, the ambience is lovely, the service staff are friendly and courteous. I saw on the board they also have nightly and daily specials.
