Staff forced me and 7 other customers to use an Amazon kiosk to return items instead of helping out. The staff completely ignored us. Some of us waited 30 minutes or more to return items at the damn kiosk. Disgusting behavior and disgusting that Amazon is off-loading their work onto the customers. ? Kiosk is hard to use, no place to put your phone while performing the acrobatics of putting your item in a plastic bag and slapping a sticker on it. Very poorly designed. ?

I've heard about Mad Lab coffee roaster and I'm stoked that they finally opened a cafe! Hidden inside the gas company tower (next to the US Bank Tower), it's easy to miss it! But if you're in the financial district, I'd def stop by! The barista's the owner of Mad LAB, and I love his infectious energy and passion for his coffee beans!I got an oat milk latte, and it was made with their ethiopian blend (I recommend it 11/10!) It's a light-medium roast, and the aftertaste is unbelievable! I don't really know how to describe it but it was such a rich and smooth taste. The barista said that the tasting notes are strawberries and Nerds but I didn't get that lol. They also offer healthy breakfast options too.. it's literally the perfect place to stop by before work:)

I finally tried this place! Omg the coffee was soo good plus if you're in a hurry there's a section with pre- prepared food to go. I work and go to school downtown so it's very convenient for me to come here plus the staff was really nice. The service was appropriate for the amount of people in here and I would say the setting can be a place for work and/or play date with friends. I'll be coming back for sure!

We stopped by over the weekend because I wanted to try one of their colorful lattes. I picked the Birthday Cake Latte and also ordered the ube mochi muffin: both were delicious! I was really impressed with the ube mochi muffin because not only was it purple, but it actually tasted like ube! Believe me, with the proliferation of ube food items, this is not always the case so I was very happy about this. When I ordered the Birthday Cake latte, I was advised by the staff that this was a very sweet drink and the friendly cashier recommended I get it less sweet, so that's what I did and the drink was just right. Note that this does not taste like birthday cake, so don't expect it. The latte art is colorful, though, like a party in your cup.
A remarkable visit with friends. This coffee shop was splendid. They never fail us on our high expectations from their foods and interiors. We honestly love this place! Try their services and you won’t regret it for sure. They deserve great ratings. Thank you very much for the genuine assistance. We will surely come back!
