First time ever I was offered water before ordering a meal and had to pay 8$ for a glass of tap water. Disgusting. Bottled yes but tap???? How do you even survive in this business when you offer tap water to customers. And when you mix up an order, do apologize and offer to fix it. Genesis was forcing me to eat it and then pay extra for it. Can this go any worse? Of course it did, because on top of that I was forced to pay 20% tip???? For what? Food that is mediocre, service that should be replaced or atmosphere that is definitely not making me to return??? First time and last time there, although you were highly recommended. There are other places nearby that actually live up to the expectations. Sooo disappointing

I was very disappointed. They offered us water without letting us know it was 8$ and then brought one of my friends the wrong meal. Instead of bringing the right one they almost pushed her to take it and then charged her 11$ extra bc it was beef. Then there was a 40$ auto extra fee and they couldn’t even split the bill more than 3 ways. Never coming back and do not recommend for anyone else to either. The second i left i told 3 people not to go in.

Romel makes a stellar old fashioned! Really appreciate his hospitality. My go-to for bar seating at The Grove. Romel is irreplaceable.
Beautiful restaurant, great food, but terribly overpriced and AWFUL service! We didnt even get our drinks (just sparkling water) for a full FORTY MINUTES. I almost walked out multiple times.
