Tried to go the Weekend of July 19th but unfortunately the location was boarded up. Hopefully this is temporary.

Love this spot! Great location right next to Little Tokyo, walking distance to many other places. Ordered the moco loco and spam musubi, which made my stomach happy. The rice was perfectly cooked, the burger perfectly seasoned and tasty, and the egg any way you want it. Staff were very friendly, upbeat, and helpful. Clean establishment, including the bathroom. As of now, the restaurant is takeout only, but you can dine at any of the tables near the front and there is a self-serve area with utensils, napkins, water, and condiments. The back dining area can be reserved. Would definitely go again!

Loco moco is good. There is validated parking, but be careful. It can be really busy during lunchtime.

I just had a bridal shower at Aloha and I can’t say enough about how happy I am. All of my guests were in heaven loving the food…the service was above and beyond outstanding…and Kokorono Coffee kicked butt serving his unique hot and cold coffee, matcha and hot chocolate blends. I will definitely have another event here and highly recommend that you all do too! Thank you Jen, CJ, Curtis and staff for making my event perfect!

The quality is always super consistent and delicious! I have yet to find a place that has Hawaiian food that comes in such a huge portion, that is this high quality and for this price!I've seen their kitchen and can confirm that everything, down to the sauces and dressings are made IN HOUSE. They slice and cut the chicken. It's super impressive and not very common anymoreIt's rare to find any place in LA that isn't over $20 a person anymore, but definitely not a place where they legitimately make everything from scratch.I definitely recommend the KB combo plate with fried rice, spam musubi and the loco moco plate. The hours are the only reason I don't come literally all the time, but it's super privately owned and TOTALLY worth the wait.Super psyched to get food for my baby shower from there.Catering and pick up catering prices are also super reasonable too!

I recently celebrated my anniversary at Aloha Cafe, and it was a memorable experience. The service was attentive and thoughtful; they even surprised us with a complimentary dessert to mark our special occasion. The food was a burst of Hawaiian flavors - the teriyaki steak and coconut shrimp were standouts. The ambiance was romantic, with dim lighting and a Hawaiian sunset mural that set the perfect mood. I couldn't have asked for a better place to celebrate love. Mahalo!
