Came in around 11:30am with no other customers onsite. Taking out 3 musubi need to wait over 30mins. Be cautious if you’re in rush.

Takes forever…not kidding. Waited for 40 minutes at the store and we ordered only 4 musubis and 1 loco moco. If you’re hungry or in a hurry, you should consider some other places.
Don’t get me wrong, the food isn’t bad. (Maybe I will try their catering service instead next time)

I ordered 2 large plates and 1 mixed plate, I was in shock with the small portions of chicken that were given in each order. Meanwhile they gave me a bunch of sides and sauces but the main protein was barely there. For the price I paid, I could’ve bought Ono Hawaiian and had more chicken to eat. So disappointed because I had tried their food at a farmer’s market and was excited to order from their homebase after the wonderful experience I had with them at the farmer’s market where they gave me a huge portion of chicken when I ordered a mini mac meal. Sadly I won’t be ordering from them again, the taste is good but portions are all wrong. Even with the large plate orders they still cheaped out. They didn’t even want to give me a partial refund because they said they weighed it out perfectly which is a lie.

The shoyu chicken, spam musubi and meat jun are legit! Meat jun is hard to come by outside Hawaii so that was a pleasant surprise. Spam musubi might be better than anything I’ve had in Hawaii 😬 Get proper rice and the mac salad stay good. Kalbi was ok. Not worth the price imo. However, it was delivery so maybe fresh is better? For someone born and raised on Oahu now living in LA, this if by far the best “Hawaiian style” food I’ve had in the area 🤙🏼

I went to the place day 12/31 at 11:30 and ordered 2 big kahuna. When I got home I got 2 big burnt chickens. Like charcoal. How can they expect me to eat that? Practically black. We threw it all in the trash. I thought it was very disrespectful. My first bad review.
