They said there’s no restroom. This is a healthy issue.

We’ve been coming to Amalia for years, live the vibe the food and the staff is amazing! You will get that Traditional Guatemalan Hospitality here.

Only thing that was depressing was that we are used to this place being beyond packed that you would normally get a wait time, but this past weekend to our shock, was completely empty.

Please do not let amazing places like this disappear let’s do our part to support small businesses and not be afraid.

Amalias is a good restaurant when looking for Guatemalan plates. The food was served quick and fresh. Their menu changed and now they added pictures to their menus which is good but I couldn’t see the pricing of each plates but overall was good !!

Music is a lotto loud for a family restaurant, a little over priced but nothing crazy.

Best guatemalteca around in LA. Grilled shrimp, platanos and quesadilla! Top spot, highly recommend. Food is fresh, seasoned well, with nice presentation.

They have a variety of food items on their menu. Every time we go we choose something different from the menu. Foods is pretty delicious.

We like to go to breakfast with my parents but this has been 3 Sundays that we have to beg for coffee refills from the waitresses, they are minimal things but they make me make the decision to take my parents somewhere else…. I leave my comment so that you can improve because if you need it, thank you, Mrs. Amelia.

Hello, I was there last night, at the Amalia restaurant, it was really my favorite, after a year of absence from California, but I had a very bad experience, the menu is no longer the same, I don't know if Mrs. Amalia changed chefs, but what I paid for what I received was not good. My chipilin tamales are no longer the same. We ordered chicken broth, it was very salty. My tamales are very small for the price I paid

Was driving late night around the area and decided to check out these Guatemala place plates are delicious. Beef was juicy and very well presentation Saturdays. They have live music so it might be loud. Definitely a nice family restaurant. I will recommend for you to try the Churrasco.
