A little and nice place, very good quality, very good burger, I tried the dry aged and tbh the aged is barely perceptible, next time I'll go for the normal ones option surely.
Just amboy no quality anymore . Been here a couple years before and this was my LA favorite hamburger, now it’s just no soul , no flavor food. Even te pictures for my older review it’s way different. Couldn’t even end up with the fries 💔🥺🤯😣
The feedback is addressed to the management, greed is always bad, if you don't have enough time to prepare the orders you took from people directly in the establishment, why do you accept orders via the Internet? Why do I have to wait 20 minutes for one pathetic burger? Why do people who ordered after I arrived get their orders, and I continue to wait? This is America, and time is money, so I give the organization of work 0 out of 10.
Amboy is by far the best burger place I been in LA. I got their signature dry aged burger with fries. I found this place from a food guide website saying Amboy was ranked one of the top 5 burger place in LA. I truly agree with that.
When I went, they let me spin a wheel to get a promotion; you can get 10% off, 15% off, free fries, extra napkins, etc. I got super lucky it landed on a 50% off. I am not sure if they do this regularly or if that was during a special season.
However, I highly recommend everyone to come to Amboy for once. Get their signature dry aged burger. It is not a cheap burger, but it is definitely worth it.
Great burger! Great options.
They have a happy hour spinning wheel and it delivers every time. I always look forward to eating here.
Ordered the DH burger....it was just Tasteless burnt meat, very disappointed
One of the best Classic Smashed burgers in the USA!
Amboy was the best burger in LA. Hands down. No question. at least that was the case 3 years ago….The first time I had Amboy it was amazing. Truly unique. The burgers were unlike anything else in the city. But at some point since my last visit they changed their menu and now it’s fine. The burgers are still good, but not drive across town good.
I had the steakhouse burger and it was well made, but nothing special. My friends got the smash burgers and said they were good, but nothing special.
Bring back the old menu! It was amazing.
Awesome service and unbelievably delicious burgers, don’t miss their fries 🍟
The only downside of this spot is you have to have either the impatience or the strength of will to turn down Howlin' Rays. Among the very best burgers in LA, no doubt! I would prefer different fries and a slightly less bready bun.

I went here for the first time before a Dodger game. Best decision ever, hands down the best burger I’ve ever ate! I’ve had a lot of burgers!
I've been back twice since I first went. When I first had their burger, I thought it was good but days later I kept thinking about how I wanted another one. I tried all three of their patties and they are all great. DH might be worth it just to try, but the other patties were just as good. And don't forget their fries. Truffle fries are our favorite.
Fancy DH burger is my favorite. The service was speedy and kind.
Favorite burger in LA
🔥 the hype is real.
