The place looked so nice, but unfortunately the food was not up to par. On the the cashiers advise I ordered the Brekky sandwich, egg bacon on a muffin. The muffin was microwaved to the point of it being very chewy, the egg was burnt dry and the bacon was not cooked enough.

I went in today and got some whole beans but just by being there and talking with the owner I was impressed. The iced coffee is great & the owner seems to have a real passion for coffee, like me, so I believe this is a “gem” in the area and I will be going back!

Would have been 5 stars if they hadn’t removed Thai tea. I am beyond sad :( this place had if not the BEST Thai tea in the Wilmington/carson area. Most likely will not be coming back, but they have good coffee tho

I was supposed to order a cortado, but the barista informed us that they don't have a cortado glass, so I chose the Spanish Latte instead. And it was a good decision; the drink is so good! You can really taste the coffee mixed well with the milk. The milk didn't overpower the taste of the coffee. They have a bold coffee profile. So if your looking for a good cup coffee visit Ambrosia, we'll definitely comeback again.

Probably the best cup of coffee you’ll find in Wilmington. I ordered a pour-over with Ethiopian single origin, and it was absolutely delicious — bright, smooth, and full of nuance. You can really taste the attention to detail that goes into each cup.

The space itself has a clean, modern vibe with a relaxed atmosphere that makes it easy to settle in. I could definitely see myself coming here in the morning to work or read for a few hours. Also tried the cortado, and it was just as impressive — balanced and bold without being overpowering.

If you’re serious about your coffee or just want a solid spot to chill, this place delivers.

I've been coming to Ambrosia since shortly after it opened, and it’s become one of my favorite spots—not just for the coffee, but for the people. The energy here is always warm and welcoming, and the baristas truly make it special.

I want to give a special shoutout to Ethan, who consistently goes above and beyond. Every time I visit, Ethan is incredibly kind, attentive, and always takes the time to craft my drink perfectly. You can tell he genuinely cares about the quality of what he’s serving and the experience of every customer. His attention to detail and friendly conversation make every visit feel personal and appreciated.

Ambrosia is more than just a coffee shop—it’s a community. And baristas like Ethan are a big reason why. Thank you for making my coffee just right and always making me feel welcome!

1st time visit 🌼☕Very cute coffee shop,.. spacious and aesthetic. Great place to get some work done. Very friendly staff, made me feel right at home and as a 1st timer they even gave me a free sticker!! 💞 I had their Vietnamese coffee☕ Delicious & STRONG🫠😜Food wise, they have pastries and a selection of sandwiches🙂
