This place is the most rude un customer friendly establishment. Can you believe they messed up my order with old wings, but gave them another chance. Liked the lemon pepper so became regular. Now if I remember you when I come in surely you remember me. Why never speak or acknowledge you when you enter... Last time $40 order a d received a strawberry soda instead of punch and lemonade mix. Called immediately to notify, because of their bad attitudes; was told bring in for exchange. Informed on way to work and not able to return. Told no problem when you come back in. Ordered $30 over phone to pick up on the way to work as I often do and informed of drink situation. Walked in to pick up order two ladies at container; one see regularly and another lady had never scene before. They did not great me or say anything to me for about 4-5 minutes. Can you believe the one scene regularly wanted to fight me about a drink and continued being rude and was fine with losing a faithful customer. Good leadership is very important and Customer's Matter!

Saw that they were hiring so I decided to come in and leave my friends information and had order a 6piece combo and I must say it’s around the same price I pay at wing stop but this place definitely tops it. The lemonade was fresh not bitter and not too sweet and the bbq sauce had a hint of sweetness and I asked for my fries to be well done and they not only made sure they were well done they even made sure they put the right amount of seasoning on the fries. I had my concerns but trying for the first time today I’ll definitely be back again. It was amazing!

Ordered burgers, TRASH. Frozen fake plastic patties. Two bites and straight to the trash, had to spend more money for dinner somewhere else because this place was absolutely disgusting. Cashier girl was on her phone texting couldn't even crack a smile or reciprocate not even the tiniest bit of common courtesy when being told please and thank you.
Dear owners, you could make a better beef burger by buying a log of ground beef from costco and only putting salt and pepper. That would be better than what you guys are serving and calling it a burger.
If you can't make a decent burger remove it from your menu or just go out of business because you don't deserve to be in business for stealing peoples heard earned money like that.

Whenever I need some wings I know I can always come here for that Extra wet. Extra crispy. All flats. Lemon pepper wet. hot w lemon pepper sprinkle. And BBQ. ?? fire every time when they get it right. The garlic parm is sweet but it’s good too. But in real life. It’s too expensive. Like I know we in inflation but $20 for 10 wings do be crazy.

This was my first experience with American Deli. From the time I stepped into the diner until I left, I was treated with courtesy and decency. Along with receiving quality hospitality, the food was A1 as well. I chose to delight myself with the Gyro with lamb and all toppings such as lettuce, tomatoes and the family gold sauce. Only complaint the size of the Gyro because I finished it in a short amount of time. Nonetheless, I am satisfied with my experience.
