If you close at seven, close at 7. this what annoys me about these type of establishments. One wk you’ll take my order 12 min before closing another wk 21 min before closing is to late. Then you don’t even acknowledge me. You tell the other customer who’s picking. we’re not take any more orders and I ask was that towards me seeing as tho I hadn’t order nor had you made eye contact and replied very nonchalant no more orders. Y’all big and rude for no reason

Today was my first time in American deli and costumers services was alright I place order of 2 sub sandwiches from the pictures of the menu and my surprise was that the sandwiches doesn’t even look like that and there was only a 2 peces of half tomatoes on the sandwich and steady of red onions they put white onions / this kinds of confused have to bee fixed from the menu please !

When you order from this place they will never send you ranch. Who eats wings with no ranch bffr. Even if you pay they won’t send it, and I mean everytime! I would go inside but there are always a bunch of riff raff blowing pot smoke everywhere. Unfortunately it looks like a local gang hangout. The food is good but not worth being shot. No consistency or accountability like everything else in this wretched neighborhood ?

I'm leaving 4 stars because the young lady over the phone was sweet and actually called me back when we got disconnected. I ordered through Grub Hub. My total was 47.06. I got the Shrimp, Chicken and Beef Fried Rice which was very, very tasty! It was well seasoned and thick with my 3 proteins. The carrots had a nice crunch and the peas were firm but mushy (can't explain it but it's a perfect combo of texture and taste)I also got double meat for 2 dollars more. It was a lovely ratio for me. I found that I didn't need to add additional sauce or spice. Whoever man's the grill and does the cooking needs a raise.What I DID NOT appreciate was the fact that my chicken was fried way too hard. It was chewy too so maybe, it was just old. I ended up throwing most of that away as one could chip a tooth!I'm not sure I would order from this particular AD again. The chicken wings really made me feel a type of way. I was looking forward to eating it...BUT not at the expense of my fillings.This is my personal experience. Thank-you.
These restaurants are seriously taking advantage of consumers. Place an order through grubhub and it was the most expensive mistake. The fried chicken plate was ROCK hard.... the combination fried rice plate was 3/4 full with little meat (had to search to find it) and the rice was days old. this is sad when you are sick and decide to use these types of services, ($60 cost ) for horrible food. They do not care and QUALITY reviews are never performed. my food was tossed and $60 down the drain...... stop food delivery.....American is OFF the delivery selection!!!!!!

There's no place to sit, so you just order , pick up, and leave. It's located in the 60's so prepare to see some guys hanging out, but they mind the business that pays them. The lemon pepper WET wings are my favorite.

Notice they are only in“ Black areas “ because they know black people love fried and salty foods and pay for the consequences later in Health when it too late and you can’t afford to keep your health ..I can’t stress this enough . Any food that is made with that much salt and seasoning , fried in oil and then they ask you if you want to add more “seasoning salt” on top of your food when you pick up your order. And y’all are actually doing it . I’ve tried this food, the seasoning left an after taste on my tongue , because I only use natural sea salt or Himalayan salt , barely , so I can tell the difference. I RETURNED it promptly . I know poison and extermination when I see it . The seasoning salt and salt used at this merchant has agents and chemicals in it , that will not only give you high blood pressure , diabetes , but stroke and heart attack . Please , especially black people , stop eating this poison and start investing in taking care of yourselves . I really hope this reaches people and saves at least a few lives . #ItsNotWorthIt !!!
