I’ve been coming to Andre’s since the early 2000’s, it is so nostalgic for me and my entire family. I’m begging the owners to please remove their family as the cashiers. They are so rude and intentionally ignore the customers, not even responding to a hello or thank you. The Latino staff is carrying the entirety of the customer service experience on their backs, they for YEARS have been so kind and attentive. I remember all of them as well as the Italian staff, the man...
I love Andre’s mostly for the nostalgia. I have been going here since I was about 6 years old. I still believe the food is amazing but could tell the recipe has slightly changed over the years. My only problem currently is the parking I would much rather prefer parking on the street than using their designated parking lot and pay more. That is with validation.

When in restaurant, the service and food speed is great. However, on two occasions recently, I ordered food for pickup and it was obvious no one prepared the order. Why tell me to show up in 40 min if the food is not ready anyway. For pasta, no big deal. But they sell pizza also which then requires 20 min wait for them...
