I was very disappointed with my birthday cake from this place. The cake looked and tasted like something from a supermarket in the 90s. We asked for rose toys as decoration but got frosting instead. It wasnāt even a nice looking classic design, just cheap and poorly done. Whatās the point of ordering from here when I could get a nicer one from Whole Foods?

Sadly, I had a horrible experience at this bakery. The milk I added to the coffee I ordered had mold in it. The staff was extremely rude and made me feel badly when I pointed it out.

Their customer service is hideous! How uninterested they are to help or answer a question is just incredible! Not for anything difficult or fancy but even if you ask for a specific cake they have attitude. Not a first time dealing with their terrible attitude and it happened 3-4 times. To sell sweet and be so bitter is incredible!
Omg when I tell you I love this place!!!!ā¦.I LOVE THIS PLACE!! My daughter loves their cake and I was rushing to get throat before they closed and unfortunately traffic was chaotic!!! And I arrived 7 minutes after they closed and they welcomed me in with open arms! Cheerful smiles! Such a positive vibe walking in on them late! They made no issues and I was in and out within 5 minutesā¦I believe less than that. Thank you ladies!!! I appreciate you guys for letting me in more than you know!!!!! The cake looks fabulous and I canāt wait to enjoy it with my family!!!
