Yum tea
I had a very disappointing experience at this place today. The service was extremely poor from start to finish. When I asked for napkins, the staff seemed very reluctant to provide any. I also asked for water, but none was given. When I requested a take-out container, they refused to offer one and only handed me a paper bag instead.
What made the experience even worse was the attitude of the staff. They were visibly unfriendly and dismissive throughout the entire interaction. As an Asian customer, I genuinely felt that the treatment I received was different from the way they interacted with other guests, which is unacceptable. No customer should feel disrespected or unwelcome.
I rarely write negative reviews, but this level of service deserves to be called out. I hope the management takes this seriously and improves both the service quality and staff attitude.

If you’re looking for a delicious matcha yuzu lemonade you have to try theirs. It’s not on the menu so you have to ask the baristas if they can make it. Whenever I go to coffee shops that have yuzu lemonade I always ask if they can add matcha to it. Anko’s is the best!!! Their matcha actually blends with the lemonade. It doesn’t taste weird and gritty. I would also absolutely recommend their taiyaki is also really nice and crispy and not too sweet!

TOOOOoo SLOw..... You'll get your coffee takes 20 minutes. Even though there's no line, not busy. Server looks unprofessional. And the latte is too small for the price. Perhaps they don't know the difference between a latte and a cappuccino.

This is one of my favorite places. The shaved ice and bungeoppang (fish-shaped bread) are delicious, but I only had coffee today. It's clean, and it's a great place to stop by for dessert after visiting a nearby restaurant.

The Nutella and Banana Taiyaki is SO GOOD!!!! I usually like red bean flavor more but I'm so glad I took the staff's recommendations!
Finally got to try Anko. So good! We got the mango and everything was spot on. The space is modern and clean. Service was pretty quick as well.

Best taiyaki I’ve ever had! Highly recommend the red bean & the custard flavors. The matcha & red bean shaved ice is delicious but the taiyaki was soooo good we immediately ordered more after devouring our first order. You gotta eat it fresh tho, it’s best eaten right away in the cafe!

It was great to have shaved ice in summer and I realized that the order of eating them really mattered. Milk one was sweeter than the matcha one, which you can really felt the bitter taste of matcha. Overall, the shaved ice are great.
