No flavor! Low quality oil used. Bitter and bad smell! Didn't like the fact that one of the cooks was scratching her head, no gloves! The owner Richard was making a scene with a homeless girl @ first I thought they were customers both eating but then noticed he kept going inside the truck at the end they got into an argument and she left and he followed. Both looked to be on something.

Instagram lured me here, and it wasn't until I went to check in that I realized that they had a well deserved relatively low rating! Fried Quesadilla's are $7 and require a 10 minute wait. I ordered the Beef tinga and it had zero flavor and the salsa did nothing to save it! Had they added sodium and a few more seasonings, It would of had potential for greatness but because they did not, I gotta give them a shaky 2 stars!

I passed by to get some Villalobos Birria but they weren't there so I decided to give this truck a try and It was the worst $14 I've ever spent. Please don't waste your time with these people the food was horrible they put more MASA than anything if you want a MASA quesadilla then this is your spot. Definitely don't recommend!

I love this place. So crispy, so cheesy, so delicious! I live nearby, it's an easy go-to when I don't feel like cooking. Yes there can be a bit of a wait - be prepared! 1000% worth it for fresh & hot food.

Every time I eat here it's been great- hand made tortilla, fried, with Asada, cheese, sour cream, lettuce, and cheese on top- hot sauce is hot! Simple but glorious

I was lured by the Instagram posts and was surprised by the low stars for this truck. No one in line but I guess everyone waits in their cars since it's freezing. It took about 30 mins for 4 quesadillas and the hyped ones seem to be the chicken mole ones but those were meh. The winners were rajas and chicharron ones. So delicious - piping hot and crispy with yummy cheese pull. The salsa looks average but it was very flavorful, spicy and perfect addition to each quesadilla. Rank - 1. Rajas 2. Chicharron 3. Asada (kinda skimpy on the meat) 4. Mile chicken - very underwhelming

Awesome flavor, the mole and chicharron were the best. I will definitely make another trip for the quesadillas.

Was ok. Definitely way over priced we ordered a few but the only ones we enjoyed was the shrimp. You do have to eat it fast because it will get soggy. The asada was bland and dry and the mole wasnt simmered with the sauce more like shredded meat topped with mole sauce. Overall it was blah.

Bomb quesadillas would be even bomber if you made them of Birria

Not bad at all, minus the long black hair on my quesadilla but the girls cooking were decent looking young girls so I went ahead and ate the darn thing anyway. I wouldn't say it's all that but if you're nearby, it's not bad eats. I totally wish the tortilla was crunchier(I ate it immediately in my car). They were out of rajas so I didn't get to try it. If I'm super hungry and I happen to be at the Ralph's while they're here then I might come back to try the rajas or mole. I only tried the chicharrón. I'd ask to see if they have any chile salsa next time, could use a little kick. The window where you order says cash only but they have major credit card stickers next to it so maybe bring cash to be sure. Personally I'd rather drive to East LA's Mercadito for similar gorditas at la cocina. Cheaper, more authentic and much more flavorful.

First timers and lemme tell you this place was Aaaaamazing! The corn tortillas are made fresh, so be prepared to have a mouth full of deliciousness. We ordered the quesadillas, be prepared they were made with corn tortillas, not your normal flour tortillas, like we are use too! Lol i definitely will be back again!

Disappointed would be an understatement to describe my food. I had very high expectations and I rarely leave reviews but the meat was unseasoned and the guy taking the order seemed to have an attitude when asking about the selection He literally told there all the same like as far as flavor profile not professional at all If you're on the edge please save your money and try the food truck next to them with the birria tacos Amazing service and delicious much more affordable food

You may have plans to visit this place because of all the hype, but don't let the paid for Instagram with the fake followers foul you... let me tell you right now this s*** is garbage. It will not be what you expect. This is absolutely the worst Mexican food I've ever had. Like how are you Hispanic with no flavor profile and then to not be willing to refund your unsatisfied customers for bad quality of food... That's how you know they know they serving trash. Please think twice before spending $6 per taco/quesadilla/ whatever they consider this food to be. There's too many Mexican restaurants out here to settle for this trash.
