Well, I ordered a menu dish (beef belly broth) seasoned with achiote, oregano, onion, etc. It lacked a little more strength in flavor and color. I have tried this type of food in different businesses in Los Angeles, perhaps it is a matter of taste, but I did not forgive it because the truth was that it happened.
