I came across this in downtown LA as I was walking past. It's owned by a famous YouTube and social media star. The setting and ambience is nice and it's clean. The service is also good, with tables being cleaned regularly and food served fast.
I was not too impressed by the food itself though, I got the tacos (essentially mini pita breads with taco like fillings and toppings). The price is fair, the portion is quite large and you get to try everything, the gyro meat, chicken shawarma, beef shawarma, falafel and hummus with 3 dips. The gyro was the best for me, the chicken, falafel and beef was a bit underwhelming, not too many flavours - maybe it was because the meat and falafel in the tacos was a bit cold. Overall not bad, but not amazing, still worth a try if you are in the area.
Just a note, this is in the slightly rougher neighborhood of Downtown LA and the local area does not look very nice or safe to walk in the night unless you are driving down here.

Quick service restaurant that stands as a tribute to Anwar and all that he wonderfully does. The folks who serve here understand and resonate this perfectly. Good food, perfect vibes lot of veg and non veg options as well as desserts. Try the mint tea if the weather outside is a lil nippy, you'd love it. Parking can be a bit of a stretch around here but if you are just picking up, just park outside and get your stuff.

We chose this place based on its high ratings. We quickly ordered at the counter and settled at one of the booths to wait.
My Beef Shawarma Salad Bowl arrived in a takeaway container with disposable cutlery. The olive oil/balsamic vinegar came in sachets. It was generous in size and loaded with beef strips cooked in aromatic spices. Filled with mixed greens, cucumber, tomato and tahini dressing, the dish was legit, flavourful and satisfying. My friend enjoyed her Chicken combo, which also came with pita bread, Hummus and salad.
This is the sort of place we pick for no-fuss, affordable and authentic dishes to eat well. Service is really minimal so keep expectations low. Worth returning to sample the other offerings.
