I can not say enough great things about Aroma Cafe—an absolute must-visit! I indulged in the Ćevapi, Sarma in Sour Cabbage, Cherry Pie, the vegetable sandwich, and the melted grilled block of feta, and everything was beyond excellent. Each dish was perfectly prepared, flavorful, and authentic—pure comfort food heaven.
The Ćevapi were tender and packed with flavor, while the Sarma brought that perfect balance of savory and tangy notes. The Cherry Pie? Absolutely divine—a sweet and tart masterpiece. The vegetable sandwich was fresh, hearty, and satisfying, and the grilled feta was next-level creamy and perfectly charred.
On top of the incredible food, the servers were quite friendly and professional, making us feel genuinely welcome. Their hospitality was exceptional—warm, attentive, and perfectly paced.
If you’re looking for a place with outstanding food and top-tier service, Aroma Cafe delivers on all fronts. I’ll absolutely be back and highly recommend this spot to anyone seeking an unforgettable dining experience.

As Runner Up Miss Slovene National Benefit Society 2025 and secretary of the Slovene National Benefit Society of San Francisco, I hold Slovenian food near and dear to my heart. It is not every day that you can walk into a restaurant on the West Coast to find Slovenian food so I made it a point to make it to this restaurant on my trip to LA area! This place certainly did NOT disappoint and was wonderful. I got the ćevapi, which many Slovenians know as ČEVAPČIČI. This traditional dish is often quite difficult to get right as it is often easy to make too oily, but this was great! Excellent portion size, reasonable prices, friendly staff, clean.
I will be recommending this place to other Slovenians visiting the area!
odlično

Great food and Turkish coffee
Just to clarify, this is a BALKAN restaurant, NOT a Mediterranean restaurant. Excellently solid classic and staple comfort dishes. Great flavors all around. The friendliest possible service. Highly recommended!

Aroma Café is one of my favorite restaurants to visit. The place is very clean and tidy, there is always a place where you can sit and eat inside and outside. The food is amazing, love the food. I would go with Grilled Chicken Sandwich, Cevapi, and Sarma. :) The employees are very friendly/helpful. Hard workers they are since the place is always on schedule. :)
Vegetarian options: Veggie Sandwich, Salads
Dietary restrictions: other options like the Veggie sandwich and salads.
Parking: Parking is never a problem for me when I visit.
Kid-friendliness: The employees are always in a good mode and will serve you with a smile.
Wheelchair accessibility: Will make space for you to sit.
