Customer Service is Key. If a customer orders an Americano coffee and it looks like a lightly roasted coffee bean coffee (blonde Coffee), I think it’s ok for the customer to ask the attendant/server if the right drink was served.
I did exactly that and the server (who barely replied yes) rolled her eyes at me while walking away from me.

I don’t often feel compelled to write a review but this has to be the biggest ripoff at the airport. If you have time to wait, go to klatch coffee instead. If you don’t, I would rather starve than spend 20 dollars on a shitty breakfast sandwich. The breakfast wrap was equally disappointing. I will make sure to never fly out of LA at this terminal.

i ordered a latte. they gave me a regular coffee. i took it back and they told me they don’t have lattes. i pointed out it is on their menu. they told me they will let customers know! no offer of a refund.

To the owner: if you sell $5.00 coffee offer milk, not just half and half. Provide napkins and stirring rods. I wanted a protein dish that wasn’t loaded with saturated fats. I was annoyed with the $19 sandwich offerings.

Red wine or 13$ in plastic cup …… This can’t happen in a place like that ! Red wine must be served in a proper glass especially when you pay more then 10$ Otherwise Is like a Pakistan restaurant with a 2$ wine which is fair
