placed an order and went to pick up my food... They were CLOSED!!! so they took my money but never got the service. now Yelp doesnt have a customer service to call ! and a business line just hung up on me ! Terrible for a loyal customer !

OMG that reaper sauce A+++ but I coughed and iced and then went back for more. Its like a bad relationship, you keep coming back for more.

Not sure how you screw up a grilled cheese...

The sweet melt is to die for! sweet and salty with a nice crunch of arugula, a really good sandwich

Pastrami melt and a coke. Not fancy but does the job. Owner is very friendly and serves you well. Currently there is remodeling of the plaza going on so seating is very very limited, but if you get your panini or sandwich to go, you'll find plenty of seating elsewhere in the plaza.

Stingy with the meat. Handed me my cheesesteak sandwich with only one napkin that had the cook's greasy finger prints. Last time I came, I ordered the lunch special and asked to upgrade the soda to the larger size. The owner charged my an extra dollar. Not a big deal, but it's no wonder there is never a line at this place.

Do go there! My GF Susan R. and I had a really bad experience with the food and staff, and went really bad when we tried to talk to the owner Steve, instead of helping the situation, ruined it!

This place is located between the 2cal and 1cal plaza. Little hidden with all the construction going on but shouldn't that hard to find. I ordered the sweet melt which is fig jam, prosciutto, Brie cheese and arugula. Perfect sweet and salty more to the sweet side, exactly what I was looking for. The sandwich grilled perfectly jus those that they have some French fries with it would be perfect. Overall, would come back again if I crave for grilled cheese.

The owner is super nice. Their philly cheesesteak is amazing. Prob the best one I had so far in dtla. Price for a cheese sandwich is expensive. Get hashbrowns here. Itd soo good.

The sandwiches are really mediocre and expensive. Felt like the ingredients weren't fresh and it was definitely not worth the price. I made a custom sandwich with sourdough bread and the caramelized onions were way too caramelized that it was dripping the entire time. If it were a little cheaper and well made then I'd consider going again.

Best sandwich spot in the sunset. I rejoice the day Asiago Grilled Cheese opened, and have since then tried everything on the menu. Nothing disappoints, but my two favorites are the Asiago Grilled Cheese' and Juicin' (and Droolin'...).Thank you, Asiago Grilled Cheese ' fam, for the amazing eats and great service!

I was visiting a client, and this spot is located in the food court downstairs. Went here on Tuesday and got the Philly Cheese Steak, as it was the daily special -- the combo came with chips and a drink (bottled drinks included). It was delicious! Great flavor, choice of numerous cheeses (I got pepper jack), soft bread. The only downside was that it wasn't that big, so I didn't feel as full as I'd like. However, the next day I decided to go back and get the Philly Cheese Steak again, but this time paid the extra couple of bucks to get double meat and cheese, and I also added banana peppers. It was even better, and this time, and I was stuffed! I got chips, a drink, and a cookie as well. The cookie was so-so, but I won't hold it against these guys, since it's just the way that specific brand makes them (but do stay away from the cookie... get some ice cream from their freezer instead). Overall, I look forward to coming back and trying the various sandwiches they have as options!

It's aight. Depending on what you get, it can be super greasy. The customer service is bleh. Even the grumpiest coworker is better than the guys who work here. They act like doing their job is so bothersome. Price rises as you add toppings, so your sandwich can reach double digits if you don't watch out. If you stick with the bare basics, you'll still pay a high amount for what is just a sandwich... Honestly, you can do better. Walk maybe 1 more minute and you'll get better service, quality of ingredients, and a better price. Trust me.
