I've lived a few blocks up the hill from this place in Whitley Heights for 32 years, and I saw this place all the time by the Yucca market; it always looked a bit sketchy and never had a soul in there. No idea who owns it but it gives off a family owned local pizza joint. Tables/chairs outdated but comfortable. Ordered a mini BBQ pizza and was well worth the money, although the regular size pizzas seemed costly. It is LA so price is more likely dictated by expenses. Will definitely stop back next time I’m craving some pizza.
Asparagus Pizza hits every time! I've lived here for awhile and I've found it difficult to find a pizza place that stands out. I was surprised with Asparagus Pizza. I tried it on a whim and it's just wonderful. Something about it is so comforting. I've gone back here multiple times and never had issues. I have only tried the pizza and fries as of posting this.
