Turkish coffee was good, mediocre cheesecake and omelette

I was really looking forward to trying the Persian kebab, koubeideh. but unfortunately, it didn’t meet my expectations. The meat was quite dry, and the saltiness overpowered any other flavors. While I can see the potential in the dish, it just missed the mark for me. With a bit more moisture and better balance in seasoning, it could be much better!

The wait is not worth it at all ! This review based on service only & I’ll follow up on food . Ordered.

We adore this little oasis. The food is super fresh and authentic. The people who work here are all nice and friendly. Around lunch hours the patio could be very busy and noisy, as well as the lining up is a bit chaotic. But the tasty foods are all worth getting through. This is the place where you would visit regularly once you eat stuff here.

First time visiting and trying Persian food. We ordered the family big plate. The food is really good and Mr. Hector is an excellent tender. He went beyond with his service.

Parking: Is it located at Persian Square since it was our first time there we parked at the garage market parking garage.

Portion sizes are very small while they charge $$$ for huge portion sizes. Koobideh was also super dry. Tongue sandwich tasted bland. I recommend going to another place. Don't ever trust Mark Weins!
