I ordered an almond pretzel and lemonade. A salesperson gave me burnt an almond pretzel. It was very hard and chewy. I wanted to change the other one about all five of them looked like a burnt. So I didn't ask. Some reason app didn't open so he said I don't worry give you a receipt he didn't give me a receipt. It's terrible customer service. It wasn't like this before.

Really wish the guy working march 6 that was making the pretzels washed his hands and changed his gloves after using his phone but he continued to touch everything with the same gloves he used his phone so unsanitary. Ended up throwing out what I ordered.

My kids and I love cinnamon and sugar pretzel nuggets. We get it every chance we get when traveling or going to the mall. This is our must have other than bubble tea. Line ups are usually long for pretzels lately, waiting up to 30min sometimes. But this location I waited 5min while a group of 12 ppl was ahead of me.
Pretzels are the best when hot and fresh, unfortunately this time it was lukewarm. Kind of disappointed 😞. $11 USD after tax is double what we pay in Vancouver, BC ($7-$8 CAD).

I feel bad for employees. They have to work in the heat with no AC the owners should be more considerate knowing there are ovens. They are stupid. They have employees running around making food and serving while they overheat. Do better. Saw this on TikTok and decided to leave a review.

Très bonne limonade si ce n’est que je l’ai trouvé un peu trop sucré. Mais frais, et avec une forte chaleur, cela reste rafraîchissant. Rien à dire sur le Bretzel salé, le classic. Très bon ! Je recommande !
