Every time I go nothing is never ready they open at 11 but they say another 20-25 minutes for a pizza pretzel is ridiculous that should’ve been already prepped instead they do nothing then at 11 they wanna start cooking this is the second time very disappointed

On Sunday stop by with my son to get a pretzel the guy who assisted us. Blows his nose never went to go wash with hands and grab the good tong’s and gave us the pretzels I felt disgusted. I was not happy. Never again going back.

Properly adjust store hours online
PLEASE and THANK YOU 😒.

Customers are showing up after ten a.m because online it says the store currently opens at 10 , just to hear the store is not open until 11 is diabolical .

It’s especially inconvenient when you’re pregnant 😭 now I’m mean mugging the nice lady behind the counter and it’s not even her fault she is just an employee working behind individuals who seem to be lacking !

Tighten up Auntie, Tighten UP!

The only AA's that get the crust coverage coating on the Almond pretzel right. I live equidistant from this one and the Fox Hills mall one and this one wins every time. Staff has always been pleasant. Mall itself is mild in foot traffic, so never much of a line...which means you trade that wait for a fresh pretzel instead bc they bake it fresh, rather than selling old ones.

Closed earlier than time listed.

I went at 10 when they say they’re open but they don’t sell anything but lemonade until 11. Also, lil dude tried to press the 15% tip button himself which is wild because I was already going to give it to him (and did) just cause. Like why you trying to be shady because you’re upset I asked you to make pretzels ? I waited from 10 until 11. Giving 3 stars only because the pretzels were actually good and I was craving it 🔥

They told me it takes 15 to 20 mins for a fresh pretzel. I was the only one in line. I worked for Auntie and have met her in person . She would be sad about the service.

First floor. The worst Auntie Anne's in a whole LA! Always overcooked pretzels. The dough looks like a rubber. Looks like they never got any classes to do this type of job. Customer service is a zero below. Today because of the mistake one of the employees I was needed to pay more money. They laugh at customers in Spanish as long as we don't understand them. When I asked to scan my app to earn some points, girl told me to do it by myself. Very lovely!! Who's hiring them?
