Underground serviceThe leftovers and crumbs that were just thrown away should be sold to us. We then told the employee that we wanted the fresh bites with sugar and cinnamon. The employee initially didn't want to give us the fresh goods, but then gave in after some discussion. The fresh produce was good as always, but I would avoid this store because of the service!!!

The food smells delicious, but that had to be the neighboring store, as this one practically had anything made.I think this store is too small when many people are inside and may need additional staffing support from my experience of waiting.Next door, Cinnabon is keeping things much smoother for customers so maybe there is an opportunity here for them to be cross-trained to support a busy rush hour.

Clean store, friendly staff and Pretzels are continuously freshly made?

So excited that the Auntie Anne's finally opened at the Century City mall! The space is located upstairs on the 2nd floor. The decor inside is clean and modern. But the most important thing is the pretzel! There's a large display window for you to watch them roll the dough and make the pretzels.I love Auntie Anne's pretzels! They are warm and fluffy when they come out of the oven! My favorite is the Sweet Almond. It has a slight sweetness, and a nice crunch from the almond pieces on top. Perfect afternoon snack after a day of shopping!

Considering the fact that this is a concession in a high end mall, the price is reasonable. I paid about $11 for some pretzels and a small soda. They were delicious. The food tasted fresh and the staff were courteous. The space was also clean. I look forward to stopping by there again to try something else on the menu.

Aroma of freshly-baked pretzels are forever floating from the oven & always timely served! Delicious—regular visit worthy.

SOOOOOOOOO GOOOOOOOD. On 8 out of 10 times the food is fresh and tasty. The other 2 is when they sell something that is not fresh. And you can tell it is not fresh from the first bite.

Cheap owner/manager (not sure who the guy was), lacks common sense and customer skills. Unfortunately, employees were cool but not this guy. Gave my Tmobile "free pretzel" w/ drink purchase to use before expiration. Maybe had to dl the app but screenshot wouldn't work (did not know). Was w/ a baby so it was lot of work/hassle to figure out what was wrong. Was taking too long so the worker decided to honor the deal regardless of the promotion code. Long story short, everything was set and paid for and everyone was happy when this guy comes charging in basically making idiots out of everyone involved. He demanded the "free pretzel" be paid... Decided to cancel the transaction and get out of there instead. Zero business acumen. Will not support a business with someone like that involved.

OK place

Pretzel was ok. But $27 for 3 pretzels and 1 honey mustard is a bit pricey! It was lacking salt for a salted pretzel and was barely warm. Service was friendly
