We had an absolutely PERFECT night at The Aviator. The food, the drinks and the aesthetic are all 100% on point. No detail has been spared in creating the feel of air travel circa 1964. Alex has truly created a special place in LA and it can't be recommended highly enough.
I'm giving this bar 5 stars because of the team working here. As we arrived we were greeted by two members of the team outside and they were really nice and personable. Unlike a lot of other bars they seemed like genuine people who were interested in having a conversation and not only get us to come into the bar and spend the money.
The place was quiet and my buddy and I basically had the place to ourselves. Maddox was the man for a great convo and solid cocktails....
