Delicious Ethiopian food. Service is great. Have the option to place orders online. Does catering. Never disappointed when I eat at Azla.

Azla is THE spot for plant based Ethiopian cuisine with a twist. The PlayBoy Cha Cha burrito is FUEGOO. RIP they only do catering now. So sad this place is a STAPLE.

Always delicious and lovely staff. I've been here countless times at this point. Really enjoy their drinks (ie turmeric ginger lemonade) along with the flavorful and healthy food items. Favorite food item is Soy Africano

Recently converted vegan. I absolutely loved it here. I got myself the cha cha playboy burrito. It was heavenly. Ive never had Ethiopian Mexican and I kinda loved it. 10/10

The food is healthy and tasty. Also, i See 109. That is, numbers are important to me. So when I visit Azla I get the Biddy Hussle which costs $8.15 -- an allusion to Biddy Mason's and Nipsey Hussle's birthday -- August 15. Their tacos are excellent -- healthy, and smart choices. It's good having this food in the hood.

I used to love coming to Azla for the vegan Ethiopian goodness! I would go at least once every two weeks sometimes twice a week to get Gomen, Kik, The injera (which grew on me because I wasn't a fan the first time I tried it but fell in loveeee with over time) and spicy lentils, a brownie of course the brown rice. Now they have changed their menu and there is nothing I desire. The tacos are good but it was nice to have as an option on the menu not the full menu being just tacos, burritos, and bowls. Go back to the old menu and I will return but for now I'll make my way to little Ethiopia near Fairfax.

came here expecting regular ethiopian food only to find out they switched up the menu. i was not disappointed as these tacos are fire! i ordered all 6 (i recommend you do the same). my least favorite was the los garcias, but i would 100% buy and eat again all of them again... and again. if you happen to go on a saturday, don't make the same mistake i did by not ordering extra to go as they are closed on sunday and monday. don't sit here having to fiend for 2 days like me.

Friendly service with even better food! Delicious! I very much enjoyed my first experience with this restaurant. We took the food to go, but there is some space to eat on site.

So good! I got the Mercado la Paloma Burrito and it was nothing short of amazingly delicious :)) The jackfruit got me because I genuinely thought I was eating meat for a second. I paused mid-bite to double check, haha. The flavors are so dam tasty and a surprise. I'm honestly not a fan of Ethiopian food, but after this, I'm opening up my pallet to different versions of Ethiopian food. I would def come back again or order online for delivery. All the menus are plastered outside the establishment for easy accessibility. There was no line when I got there and the cashier had such chill vibes. I couldn't always hear exactly what he was saying, but he had that easy-to-talk-to aurora and placing my order was a breeze. Great service, wait-time, and food!

I drive by this place all the time and it's been on my mind to try it. Today, I finally ordered for pick up and got the cha cha burrito and sweet potato taco. Both were flavorful and delicious. This is definitely going to be one of my regular stops from now on and I've talked all my coworkers into trying the place.

Stopped by on 3/5/22 to try this place out. Parking is okay and they only had outdoor seating which is fine. They were taking orders from the door, so you were outside on the sidewalk ordering. I approached and the cashier asked me if I had a mask...like seriously? I'm outside already and you still want me to have a mask on to order? I really wanted to try this place, as a hungry vegan I love trying out small businesses but they are still operating under a fear based mentality. I'd rather give my money to other establishments that respect everyone's personal preference of the face diaper. God bless!

I'm a carnivore &, I'm not going to lie, sometimes a dinner plate feels vacant to me if there isn't a dead animal sitting on it, but the wide range of delicious flavors derived from Ethiopian vegetables are so vivid at Azla that I never feel like I'm missing out. I love this restaurant & come here on a frequent basis.
