Food was excellent. Restaurant was a little gem in a not very nice area. One complaint was that he never asked if I wanted to dine-in or to-go so he packed all my food in to-go containers which I had to throw away after I finished the food.

The Bachos (nachos) got me in a choke hold! Love coming the Baba’s Vegan. I’m here at least 3x a week. Baba is such an amazing cook and person overall. Y'all definitely have to come check him out. Because everything on the menu is amazing!!

The food here is excellent and full of flavor. We especially loved the lentil fritters with the habanero sauce, they were amazing. The staff is friendly and laid back, creating such a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere. It is definitely a place with a great vibe.

I’m finally writing a review after eating here consistently for a year — this man does not miss. The lentil fritters and oyster mushrooms are my favorite proteins, but don’t sleep on the nachos and tacos — fire. He also makes a grit bowl that I usually harass them about because it’s not always on the menu… but when it is? Crazy good. This place is so underrated — not enough people know about this hidden gem. I’m definitely a fan and will forever support this spot!

The Food is One of a Kind, Designed to wake up them pallets to Healthier options to take out. My Faves are the patties, Mac and cheese, OH, that banana pudding is definitely a Resfresher to Desert, IMO. Go Sight for YourSelf & NJoy...
I just wanted to tell you about my great experience here. I wish it was closer i would be a regular customer. I love all the afro centric art from the outside of the building to the inside. The food was delicious I ordered the soul food platter with fried black lentils. While we eat we played a game that we borrowed from their library. The customer service here was great they just need more ventilation for when you sit down and eat it gets a little stuffy other than that a new awesome place I discovered.

The food was great. The price was also less than half or one third the price of other places I went. Nothing was sickly sweet or weird. I got a bowl with the beans and rice, collard greens and purple cabbage.

What a vibe! I tried BabA's Soul Platter and it was lit. I loved everything on it. The food cam out pretty quickly. The hot mac and oyster mushrooms were delicious. I live the vibe of the place. I love that you can get Sea Moss here. It's so good for our bodies. I live the merch that you can get there as well. I highly recommend if you are nearby and want some fire food.
