Food and atmotphere is always great, but my god the staff are so bad at their jobs. I have never had a good experience with staff here. They are slow and they always seem like it's their first day.They forgot the candles on my birthday cake and then the waiter knocked over my glass of wine and still charged me for it.The wait staff also rarely come by to check in and it takes forever to place your order.We also had to wait in the rain for 15 minutes for our ressy while the manager stood with his back to us on a phone call.

The semi-private garden area was perfect for our 30 person event, beautifully setup with personalized touches for our party. The service was impeccable and the food and drinks were outstanding. Everyone had such a great time!

I'm giving Bacari five stars for ambiance.Bacari is a wonderful place to take your special someone, or in this case, the cutest birthday party for dogs. ? The service staff was friendly, and the food was okay.My favorite part about this place is how cozy and romantic it feels. The lighting is amazing. ✨The standout feature is the stone hallway you walk through to get in and out of Bacari, it is often candlelit and lovely. ?️ Perfect for a first kiss.I'll be going back again.

I would have gladly paid double the price for that quality, the fact that it was so affordable is astounding. Gorgeous garden patio and the waitstaff was incredibly friendly. Highly recommend!!Vegetarian options: Vegetarian and dairy free options were just as incredible as the rest of the menu. Definitely not an afterthought.Dietary restrictions: Possibly the best gluten free pizza I've ever had. the Dietary restrictions (specifically vegan, gluten free, and dairy free) options were just as incredible as the rest of the menu. I've been to multiple Bacari locations and thus far, this one has top spot on my rankings! It was my friend's birthday and her first time at any Bacari and they made it such a fantastic experience for her! Multiple staff came up to our table to wish her “Happy Birthday”, introduce themselves, and say they were at her service. The drinks and food were delicious, as usual. And despite how busy they were, the food came and plates were cleared in an orderly, professional manner. The staff could be seen smiling amongst themselves, even dancing! They clearly work very well together and it ran like a well-oiled machine! I couldn't have been happier for her first experience of ANY Bacari location. We will certainly come back.

Second time I come here, given the same table at the end of the room, there’s no windows. Feels a bit dark and left out space.The food is great, cocktails are flavorful. Will definitely come back, just hope I won’t get the same table again!

The staff was super friendly starting with the hostess and host. Our server was knowledgeable and had great suggestions. We LOVED the mussels probably my favorite dish. The drinks were perfectly balanced. I will definitely be back.

This experience was great from the very beginning! The entrance of the restaurant was super cute and the ambiance of the place was giving Italy. The rain didn't help the garden area but besides puddles here and there, the seating was great. Definitely a must try place. I had the beef stuffed pastry and a French toast, both really good. They recommend 2 plates per person and it did not disappoint. The server was phenomenal and quick. I'll be back!

I came here with a party of 20 people, with a reservation for 9pm. we did not get seated until 10 pm, at a table crammed beyond belief. the crew was extremely accommodating and trying to better the situation, however, I just cannot believe such a blunder on their behalf. Our servers tried the best to ameliorate the situation, however we were served at different times and members of our party did not receive their food. I truly enjoy the food here but I cannot imagine booking out a table for a birthday and not having the table ready within the reasonable amount of time.
